The Space:
Small, useful kitchen with all of the essentials - Oven, Stove, Fridge & Sink. Plates, glasses, silverware and coffee maker essentials are included as well!

Comfy Queen bed with 12 inch memory foam mattress. Sheets and towels included.

Small bathroom and shower available. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for use.

Studio unit with complete kitchen, bathroom & Roku TV with HBO & Netflix. Comfortable, well lit, cozy space for 2 people on a mountain getaway! Ultra Fast WiFi for anyone who wants to get some work done while they're up in the mountains - or just stream some good shows/movies!

Getting Around:
Most people have a car in Leadville, but you're within an easy walk of all things Leadville. This place is conveniently located just a block from Main Street!

Please take note of the following during your stay:

Pets are allowed. There is an additional pet fee of $50 if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max).

Avoid parking in front of neighbors' houses on East 8th Street

Ample parking available on Poplar Street; diagonal parking on 8th Street across the building

During heavy snow, watch for snow removal signs to avoid violating temporary parking rules or getting towed

Trash: Use the 3 green Waste Management bins on the North side of the building; kindly clean up after pets and dispose of trash properly to prevent odors and messes.

Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
