Such a cozy and beautiful property. Has everything you’ll need and then some, including a spacious enclosed back patio with couches and blankets. Simple and straightforward check in. Would definitely stay here again!
This house was the perfect retreat our group needed after hiking and exploring the quaint towns. It had plenty of room for our group and was very comfortable.
A great property excellent space for just hanging out and spending time with a family property manager was quick to reply to questions offered guidance and support for local activities
We had a wonderful time at Pat’s place in Warren. We were in town for a wedding and spent time between events hanging out in the beautiful screen porch. We would definitely come back for another stay!
Super clean, very well-stocked house with a lot of character and plenty of room for family/friends. It was also an excellent location for us since we were coming from New Jersey and meeting family from the Boston area.
We had a lovely time at Appleyard. The house was exactly as described. Clean, charming and spacious. Tom was great to work with. We would definitely stay again

Lovely guests. They left the property in great condition. Will give them 5 stars.
This property has the best enclosed back porch and yard for family getaways. The house also offers a ton of vintage charm and history. Our thanks to Pat and Tom for their hospitality.

Thank you for staying with us please come back for a visit
The Appleyard is a unique colonial retreat that is part museum, part vacation home, and part cozy homestead. My dog Hudson and I had an incredible five days there. We hosted a couple of my former students one afternoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The endless fields and woods that surround the property certainly enhance the experience.
Comfortable and ample beds. Outdoor screened in porch is pretty much where we spent most of our time. Town of Kent just a few minutes away with good restaurants and a few nice stores. Definitely walkable. Due to rainy weather we weren’t able to visit the beach but understand it’s not too far away.
We stayed here for the weekend during our son's graduation from South Kent. Easy access and loved the screened-in-porch. Charming old home with many nooks and crannies.

Great family bonding!
The home was lovely. Well laid out and spacious. Ideal for a family gathering, with a great back porch and yard. Plus we got to bring our golden retrievers too! Thank you!
What a wonderful rental! We came here to visit our son in Kent, which was an easy 10 minute drive up the road. Every room in the house is special, and this was a super comfortable and roomy house for our family. Will definitely look to rent this next time we come to Kent for a visit. Great communication with the owner as well, very very pleased.
