This wonderful small unique north Kihei condo complex is made up 6 delightful condos, private and peaceful. The Hale Wailana is located across from the 4 mile beautiful white sandy beach "sugar beach". This is pleasant for jogging, beautiful sunsets, and amazing for whale watching. A beautiful, sparkling pool is offered for some R&R at the complex. You are approximately 7 minute drive from the Ma'alea Harbor, and all of Kihei Town. While touring the Island keep The Maui Ocean Center in mind, you will see the mesmerizing marine life that the Islands strive from. There are many things to do on Maui and you will be in convenient location to it all, and still have the benefits of a small complex.

This 2b/2b condo will accommodate up to 5-6 guests comfortably with the size. A queen bed in the master room, queen in guest, and queen sofa sleeper will offer a dreamy night in Paradise. You will have the luxury of a full equipped kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, all linens/towels provided, A/C in both living and master bedroom, as well as T/V's for chilling in the condo. Beach items are provided for days of fun in the sun!

South Maui's famous beaches are only 4 miles from this condo, groceries are 2 miles, shopping 2-4 miles, dining 2-4 miles, and much more to see as you explore the great town Kihei town. As you travel into Wailea, it is home of exquisite resorts, golf courses and some of the best snorkeling/diving spots. Your stay at the hale Wailana will not only be quiet and relaxing, you will be in convenient location to the airport, Haleakala, Hana, Lahaina and all other areas that you will want to experience on island. Last minute family getaway

The condo is in a great location in Kihei. You can expect the standard/basic amenities, nothing fancy, small complex, parking next to the unit, beach is across the street, close to airport, etc. Lodging in Maui can be very expensive and this unit is definitely an affordable option

Exactly as described! There were also several beach items were able to use including sand toys, beach chairs, and snorkel equipment. Would recommend this to everyone coming to visit Kihei!

Overall, good place to stay!We arrived at night and it was hard for us to find, as it was very dark and the door number was hard to see. Parking was VERY tight especially since we rented a midsized SUV. Our spot was next to an angle parking spot, our spot wasn't angled, and a resident (?) has a huge Escalade that was parked in the angle parking spot the entire time we were there. It was much easier for us to pull in to the 2-hour/ visitor parking spot and just use that one. I was very happy the visitor spot was open all the time because it would have been impossible to park next to the Escalade.Very easy to access the beach, crosswalk was right there. We were provided with plenty of towels and a few beach chairs. It would have been really nice to have an umbrella too because there was not much shade on the beach. Also, the pool lights never came on and the pool was supposed to be available until 9:00 p.m., so we weren't able to utilize that advertised amenity after getting back to the condo after long days out exploring, so we were bummed about that.The bathroom has a deep jetted tub but the jets don't work. I would have also liked more comfortable seating, the swivel chair is quite old, and an AC in the other bedroom wouldn't been good. We used a fan to blow the AC from the living room into that bedroom but that bedroom was very warm most of the time.Quiet building, great location, lots of shops and restaurants, and we'd return.Kathy was very responsive and friendly!

Perfect vacation spot

Hadn’t been to Kihei. Perfect spot for a relaxing, homey, beach vacation, steps from the beach and there is a pool as well. Walking distance (or short drive) to the best farmers market (you need to meet Wayne) Sugar Beach Bakery, and so much more. Well appointed kitchen if you like to eat in some. Super comfy if that’s your style. We would go back.

Great location on Maui

The condo came with all amenities as expected. The manager was responsive for a maintenance request. We had plenty of space for our group of 3 people. There are pleasant views from the patio of surrounding condos, pools, and a small view of the ocean.

Cute and close to beach

My husband ,Mother in law 2kids (15&8) and myself stayed in this cute condo it was perfect to watch the sun set and rise! The condo was clean and has pots pans dishes so we made dinners at the condo.The beach is across the street so we walked over every evening.I totally will tell friends and family about the condo and recommend it the couch is comfy( it is a little out dated as people put in the reviews) but it isnt ripped or dirty and the sleeper sofa was comfy!
