Newly made, modern 50m2 apartment of family Brajkovic was built exclusively for the comfort of our guests. It has everything a man needs for a good and relaxed vacations.

Apartment has airconditioning, two bedrooms and can wellcome up to 4 persons.

After a long day at the old citty center that is just on 15 min walking distance or a good swimm just 200m from the appartment, you can relax with our SMART-SAT/TV, free internet or on the lovely terrace.

Kitchen is equiped with everythig you need for a comfort use. It has dishwasher, oven, electric stove and microwave. Also water heater, coffe machine and toaster.

Bathroom has washing maschine.

We have private parking space for our guests

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Objekt ist (2019) ganz neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Von Klima Anlage, Mückenschutz an den Fenstern und Mückenschutz für Außen und Innen wurde an alles Gedacht! Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage was sofort gelöst wurde. Top Service! Die Lage ist direkt am Rand von Rovinj, zu Fuß 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum! Schöne Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar bzw. 2Km mit dem Auto fahren!

Alles bestens- Hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen.

Die Wohnung war in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Es war genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Es war noch ein Schrank im Wohnzimmer mit Schubladen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und haben sich sehr bemüht, dass es an nichts fehlt!

Das Beschriebene haben wir eins zu eins angetroffen. Die Lage ist wirklich gut und die Wohnung ist praktisch neu. Die Vermieter, Franko und Milica, sind sehr hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen sympathisch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. lg m&m's
