Elegant 2 BR Condo - Walk to Chairlift!

Arrowhead Village is one of Colorado's Rocky Mountains best-kept secrets, just

minutes from the powdery-white slopes of Beaver Creek Resort and its dynamic

shopping, entertainment and dining scene. This two-bedroom, three-bathroom

condominium offers the perfect alpine escape for those who want to be steps

away from a thriving village community, but still have the quiet mountain

escape they desire.



This residence features "two master suites", perfect for two couples or small

family. The elegant master bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite

bathroom with stand-alone shower, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has

a King, a full bathroom with shower and a flat-screen TV. The living space

features a sleeper sofa and is is fully carpeted with floor-to-ceiling

windows, cozy furniture and a wood-burning fireplace.



The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything

guests need for creating delicious home-cooked meals. There is also a dining

table and a breakfast bar - ideal for a quick bite before hitting the slopes.

Guests also enjoy the added convenience the in-unit washer and dryer.

INCREDIBLE PROPERTY!

We rent frequently through VRBO and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed. Clean and spacious with designer/luxury furnishings. Comfortable beds and very nice kitchen. Lovely golf course views.

We loved our 3 weeks here. The host was easy to communicate with, answered our few questions instantly. This home is a haven. First I appreciated their attention to cleanliness. Brandnew wood floors, no synthetic materials used, open and airy and bright and cheery. Kitchen had top appliances, lovely Pillivuyt dishes, easy to work large Smart TV’s, brandnew elegant bathrooms. Outside lovely hot tub which was clean as a whistle, patio dreamy for reading a book or dining. Hiking trails starting right in the neighborhood. Easy drive to Edwards or Avon or Eagle Springs. Absolutely our first choice for returning next season!

Because I know the area so well, I knew the second communication on the check in process would have had people new to the area in a tailspin. The first communication given to the renter was perfect , and they are awesome with any help you need. Fantastic unit overlooking the 9th and 18th holes of Country Club of the Rockies.

We have stayed in Arrowhead Village a few times, each experience has been welcoming. The front deck will go above and beyond to make your stay the most pleasurable experience. Note for the owners of 309, we thought you did a wonderful job decorating and designing the place, felt like home. My family was very comfortable, the porch was well used in the late afternoon after a visit to the pool.

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful time the weekend we stayed at this property. The unit is amazing! Updated kitchen and bathroom and had everything we could need! Beautiful views and amazing location. We will definitely boom this again.

After booking this property the owner, through Home Away, cancelled our reservation with no explanation. Didn’t even apologize. Completely unsatisfactory. Ruined my weekend plans for my family and friends coming into town. Will not be using Home Away ever again.
