Beautiful, charming and fully equipped brand new remodeled studio with a kitchenette. With a spectacular lagoon view, it's located at the vibrant heart of Cancun. It's perfectly located right on one of the most beautiful beaches Cancun has to offer. It's walking distance to night clubs, restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, laundry mat, and more. Choose to eat or drink at a variety of different outdoor cafes/restaurants and enjoy the lively atmosphere Cancun has to offer! Create memories that will last for a life time. Rental also includes wireless internet, TV with basic cable, plus a collection of movies on DVD. The Studio has a comfortable and cozy queen size bed and a beautiful sofa-bed. Our studio is suitable for 1-4 people max. Linens and towels are provided. You will love your stay here in Cancun so much so you won't ever want to leave!! Parking is included. If you don't rent a car, we can arrange transportation to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee of $30.00 US $ one way or $60.00 round trip. During your stay you won't need to drive around to get to restaurants, supermarkets and clubs.

This is a fantastic studio apartment! The hosts are just wonderful to work with and helped us with any questions we had, as well as travel logistics. The studio is comfortable and looks just like the pictures. Easy 5 minute walk to large grocery store nearby. Two fantastic infinity pools, plus beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay in Cancun!

My husband William and I stayed at this lovely condo for our honeymoon in July. Our hosts Armando, Eduardo, Adriadna and Romina were amazing. They checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for shopping at the flea market, grocery store, convenience store, nightclubs, and several well known brand restaurants. Buses and taxis run all day and all night. If you’re looking for an affordable and great place to stay while in Cancun, look no further. This condo is the place to be.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo in the heart of the "fun" hotel zone

I loved this condo! Super clean and at up really cute! Short walk to all the fun clubs and shops in the hotel district. Beach and pool are amazing! The pool and beach are nicer than what the pics show and everyone seemed to be having a good time but not obnoxious Luke some large resorts can be. Ariadna is a very sweet person, you can tell she has an amazing heart! She has really good information and tips and always answered our questions promptly! I felt like I had a local friend in Cancun! The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very clean. I slept the best I have in years! We will be back to Cancun and will stay here for sure !! Plenty of hot water and the AC was super powerful when needed!

The condo was close to lots of amenities including pools, bar and easy access to the strip. This was our first time staying in Cancun’s hotel zone and the owners were very helpful and friendly, and it was easy to communicate with them. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The best!

Absolutely perfect. Best street tacos and margaritas across the street, amazing grocery store a few blocks up the road, 24 hr convenience store just next door. Pools and beach are glorious. Studio is impeccable! We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids and were happy for a full week as we spent most of our time down at the pool and walking the beach. Amazing place - we cant wait to go back. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony.

Lovely Holiday in Sunny Cancun

Armando and Arianda are fabulous hosts. The property was exactly as listed. We had all the basics we needed for 8 days in Cancun, including beach chairs and beach umbrella. Armando set up a group chat with us a few days before our arrival and Arianda kept in touch with us about our arrival times so she was there to check us in when we arrived. Arianda went out of her way to help us when my husband needed some small medical attention by helping us get a Dr.'s appointment and find an open pharmacy. She gave us directions to places of interest and helped us navigate the public transit system. She even gave us a ride to the airport when we left. The condo is in part of the hotel Ocean Dreams. The hotel has two infinity pools, a swim bar, massage, a great restaurant and a beautiful white sand beach. It is centrally located and close to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk or take the public bus to where we wanted to go. I would highly recommend Armando and Arianda's Condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Cancun and all it has to offer.

The heartbeat and epicenter of Cancun!

Ariadna was over the top awesome through the entire experience. From the moment we met her til the moment we said goodbye she was a ray of sunshine! The condo was just as the pics depict. Clean, neat, comfortable, very nice view to the bay side and the market. Just steps off of the property are 3 restaurants, the market and to our surprise, the clubs! Although we were oh so close to the hustle of the action, we were just far away enough not to be interrupted by the noise. The pools are stellar. The beach is among the best in the area. The poolside help was very courteous. The restaurant served some of the tastiest pasta I have tasted in years! We have always invested many thousands of dollars into resorts and thought we would give this experience a try.... WoW! Seriously, this was a game changer! The location, the room with a kitchenette, the beach, the pool, I could go on and on!! It was so fun, and in the end sooo affordable that when we got home, we looked for another place to rent and guess what? NOBODY had all this to offer so we are staying in this condo/hotel again! Thank you for the hospitality Armando and Ariadna!!

It is close to the night life. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. Eduardo and Ariana are the best host very kind and very very helpful. The pools are incredible and it is very peaceful around the pools. The massages were the best I've had and I have had a lot. The room was so cute and very clean. The little touches such as shampoo, soap, coffee and beer in the refrigerator was also nice. I realize the coffee and beer might have been left there from previous people but it was very nice. We appreciated the tour and personal touch we were given. We would come there again in a second and have referred to many of our friends.

Location is great!! Beautiful pool area on the beach. Although small, it worked great for the two of us and we’d definitely go back. Ariadna picking us up was the cherry on the top — so helpful!!

Great location, beautiful pool, gorgeous beach, and easy access!

We had a lovely time! Ariadna handled our transportation to and from the airport with ease and made the checking in and out process so easy! It was so nice to have her show us around and offer up restaurant ideas and places to go! The condo was lovely with a beautiful lagoon view, an easy 2 minute walk to the pool, 10 minute walk to the supermarket and close access to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The condo was clean and in good working order and Ariadna responded to requests for assistance with the property promptly! We needed transportation to a wedding that was 30 mins away from the condo and Ariadna helped arrange those details for us with the security desk/bell hop service. Everything was so easy!! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A great studio as part of a condominium resort. What could be better?

The studio was modern and clean, and it had all we required for a lovely 3-night stay. Our hosts thought of everything from beach chairs to condiments in the fridge to toothpaste in case we forgot. The beach and pools at the resort were lovely. For meals, we had the option of eating in or going out to numerous nearby restaurants. And if we needed anything at all our host was there to help us out - she picked us up at the bus station when we arrived, pointed out the key attractions and dropped us off at the Cancun airport for our departure. All in all a great experience!

Very cozy, perfect location, stunning pool and beach access.

This property was fantastic! It had everything we needed for our stay and more! Our hosts were very accommodating, helpful and some of the nicest people I have ever met. They responded immediately for anything we needed. Plenty of shops, restaurants, markets and bars nearby within walking distance. The pool and beach were gorgeous! Another bonus was it was a secure property with a guard gate in front. Made us feel very safe. I highly reccommend this property to anyone traveling to Cancun! I couldn't imagine a better place to stay!

Great condo, great stay

The studio is very pretty, confortable and location is great. Our plane was kind of late, but Ariadna welcomed us with a big smile and on the way to the condo, she gave us lots of information to fully enjoy our stay. Armando, her brother and one of the owner, send us an email to see how we were. We felt that they love the studio and want us to enjoy our stay. The pools are beautiful, so is the ocean and beach. Within a small walking distance, there is restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Geat condo, great beach and great stay. Thank you Ariadna, Armendo and Eduardo.

We were very pleased with this condo. It is very nice and functional. The pools, the ocean and beach are the best! The location is also great, easy walk to restaurants, grocery, shopping and much more. Ariadna pick up us at airport and even if plane was kind of late, she was smilling and very pleasant. She gave us all information needed to enjoy our stay. Eduardo, his brother and one of the owner, emailed the day of our arrival to see how it was going. We knew that if something was wrong, it would be taking care of. A great stay, thank you.

Wonderful little condo by the sea in the heart of everything. Loved our stay!

From the moment we booked the condo, we were welcomed with such kindness by Eduardo and his sister Ariadna (owners/managers of the condo). Even six months in advance, they continually assisted us with all the questions we had about the suite as well as Cancun and Mexico in general. Being our first trip to Mexico (from Australia) and very unfamiliar with what to expect, Eduardo and Ariadna were our first experience of the warm, kind and lovely people we were yet to meet. We have not experienced such care and consideration as we received from Eduardo and Ariadna from other property hosts. They certainly made a lasting first impression with us! Very sweet. We organized separately for Ariadna to help with our airport transfers. After also exchanging photos of ourselves, we were greeted by Ariadna at the airport with a welcoming hug! Ariadna showed us around town and the main convenience stores and key spots (all within very short walking distance from the condo) before taking us through the suite and hotel facilities. The condo fridge came stocked with bottled water and they also kindly threw in some welcoming cold beer for us, which was perfect after such a long flight. The suite was cool and clean (just as the pictures reflect) and perfect for us - two adults and our two little ones (who grew quite attached to Ariadna in an instant). The pool was lovely overlooking a nice private section of the Cancun beach. Bliss. Overall we had a lovely stay...albeit short this time round. But would love to return and will definitely keep in touch with our wonderful hosts. Cancun is lovely (lots to see and do) but certainly comes to life at night - definitely the party town! As a family, we mostly enjoyed (and would highly recommend) a day trip to Isla Mujeres which is only a short ferry ride from Cancun. The ferry port is also a very short walk from the condo which was perfect. We hired a golf cart and zipped around the islands gorgeous beaches and top sight seeing spots for the day and enjoyed a fresh seafood lunch on its stunning beaches overlooking the turquoise Caribbean waters). Just perfecto! The condo is situated on the main road and a short (and very cheap) bus trip to La Isla shopping mall and also loads of lovely restaurants which Ariadna recommended. ;) Muchas Gracias Eduardo, Armando and Ariadna for making a lasting first impression of Cancun and Mexico for us and for being such gracious hosts! Sharon, Steve and the kids. xx

Well maintained, very clean, perfect beach, everything in walking distance, excellent host!

We enjoyed the apartment for 12 nights and it was perfect - communication before and while we stayed, object is well maintained, very clean, engaged personnel. Everything was in walking distance. The two pools provided plenty of space to relax. The absolute highlight was the beach - pure white sand and crystal clear water. Hardly any sea grass. Thank you very much for the great time!

Perfect for a beach getaway with my husband!

My husband and I loved our stay in this condo! It is in a complex that has beautiful beach access and two nice pools, so plenty of opportunity for fun in the water. Everything we needed was in walking distance (supermarket, convenience store, restaurants, currency exchange place, nightlife). Since this was our first trip out of the country, we VERY MUCH appreciated how helpful the property owners were in getting us ready for the trip and our visit to Cancun! Before even arriving, the owners and I communicated through email and WhatsApp about places to visit and they answered every question I had. Ariadna, one of the property owner's sisters who lives in Cancun, was so fantastic! She was the main contact while we were there to answer questions, check in on us here and there, etc. She also offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport for a very affordable price. It was so nice having someone already waiting there for us as soon as we arrived, especially in a country foreign to us. She even gave us a tour of the area surrounding the condo before dropping us off. Overall, it was an excellent vacation made better by our stay at this clean and comfortable condo and such helpful owners!

Great location on the beach

Great apartment in a fantastic location. We stayed in Cancun for 4 nights and as we don't like to be confined to a hotel decided to book an apartment - this place was perfect for us. It had access to the beach and two pools that had sun for the most of the day. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we could need, including a few beers for our arrival so we could start our holiday straight away. There were even chairs, a parasol and a cooler that could be taken down to the beach. The balcony overlooked the lagoon and allowed us to catch some early evening sun and watch the sunset. The location of this place was perfect; with bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and the ferry port only a few minutes walk away. We used the airport transfer service offered by the owners sister, this was definitely worth it. She provided us with valuable information about Cancun, where to go, what to do and how to get about. She even gave us dvice on how to make the most of our whole stay in Mexico and this definitely allowed us to make the most of our holiday.

Enjoyable stay!

Recently spent an extended vacation in this rental. This unit includes the amenities as stated, be aware that cable TV is mostly Spanish, and so is the DVD collection! The bed is comfy, kitchen has the necessities and balcony gets the afternoon sun. The huge plus is the location, literally steps to the beach and walkable to supermarket, spa, shops and nightclubs. Bus stop on the street out front. The owners are to be commended for their approachability and interest in your welfare. They are always willing to help! Overall, a very comfortable stay, would not hesitate to recommend it. The building itself is undergoing renovation work which starts early, but was mostly a nonissue. The unit itself is quiet, at the end of a hallway and away from most coming and going. Restaurant downstairs is surprisingly good! Tours and day trips available just down the street.Look forward to returning!
