Perfect Family Home with Young Kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in a handful cottages over the years and this was by far our favorite. We have 3 young children so I feel like we have to be extra selective about floor plans that will be safe and this one delivered. We also loved the outdoor dining area on the porch and the living room sectional was so comfy. It was the perfect space for our family and we will definitely be back! I think the only thing that could make it better is a hammock on one of the porches.

First time - We'll be back

The house was great and location super. It was our first time to Seaside and it didn't disappoint. We were concerned house was far from the beach but it was a 5 minute walk at most. Very conveniently located near everything but enough of a distance that you felt privacy. House was very nice and we will definitely be back. Property management company was very good.

Fun in Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient central location. Fronts connecting paths to Watercolor. Bit long to beach with toddlers.
Response from VrboOwner on 6 Oct, 2023
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you found the central location convenient for accessing connecting paths to Watercolor. However, we understand that the walk to the beach can be challenging with toddlers. We appreciate your input and hope you enjoyed your stay overall. If you have any further suggestions or if there's anything we can do to enhance your experience in the future, please let us know.

Summer Fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. We enjoyed the house. We had an air conditioner problem, but it was taken care of right away. We would probably not stay in the house again because the living room and kitchen were on the second floor, so there was a lot of up and down. Just was not a good fit for us.

KAYA in Seaside Proper

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been traveling to Seaside for 17 years and have ALWAYS enjoyed the homes we have rented. Kaya did not disappoint. Located in close proximity to the pool, church and downtown Seaside. The beach was just a short walk away too! I love that the home was clean, included two bike rentals, and a nice welcoming package. I was very impressed with the politeness of each member that represented HOC whether it be through text or talking. I would definitely rent from HOC again!!! Thank you 😊

Family fav

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Seaside for almost two decades and have stayed in several different Homeowners Collection properties but this is by far our favorite (so far).Great layout, with the kitchen and family room upstairs which gave the place a light and airy feel but the best part of the house are the screened in porches on the first and second floors that face the greenbelt between Seaside and Watercolor. A great place to read, relax, have a meal, or a nap. This home is very close to the city center but just far enough away that you don't hear the noise or deal with the traffic and parking closer to the square (key during spring break weeks). The condition of the home and furnishings was excellent and the kitchen well stocked. This will be a family fav going forward.

Unexpected stay at Kaya!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we originally rented was unavailable at the last moment and the staff of Homeowners Collection were able to relocate us to Kaya. While it caused a longer walk to our beach chairs that were reserved at a different pavilion, the house was absolutely lovely. It’s in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and 30A but very close to town center. It has large porches (both screened and not screened) with ample seating. The house was very clean and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and dishes and the separate ice maker was a huge plus! We come to Seaside often and Kaya is now one of our favorite houses! We would definitely stay again!!

Great House for Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th vacation in Seaside, but our first time to stay in a main house, and Kaya did not disappoint! We were 2 adult couples and 1 family of 4, so the bedroom configuration was perfect. The family had a mini-wing to themselves. With screened porches off of every room, there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and have quiet time, too. The location was great. Just behind the school, it was quiet and a close walk to Town Square. A serene view of the park from the porches with no home on that side was really nice too. The home itself was in really good condition and well-maintained. There were games and puzzles available for the rainy afternoons, which we appreciated. Kaya is definitely on our preferred list! HC is always helpful and communicative, and we enjoyed meeting our rep upon arrival. Another great trip to Seaside is complete!
