While we can't promise rainbows you can still soak up the sun and relax on the western facing tiled patio with magnificent views of San Jacinto. Or you can dine "al fresco" on the newly upgraded rear patio. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo across from Tahquitz Creek Golf Course in the desirable Mountain Shadows community. New outdoor patio with new seating and dining furniture in back coutyard updated in 2024. Beautifully decorated,with stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms with tiled walk in showers. Master bedroom is an en suite with king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Located near shopping and just minutes to Thursday night Palm Springs street festival and everything the Desert has to offer!

Great location to all shopping, especially food and other essentials like gas. The whole complex area including pools were clean and kept up. Parking for guests great the whole time.

Great Experience!!!

The home was comfy, clean, had everything we needed, in a great location close to golf, restaurants, shopping and downtown PS. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Great pools, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Residents were friendly and inclusive. We will be back!

Super 2 months!

Spacious and a very well stocked condo. Location excellent as we could walk, drive, Lyft or Bus everywhere. Enjoyed picking lemons, grapefruit and oranges daily. The 6 pools and tennis/pickle ball courts terrific. Gated community with a super friendly vibe. Outstanding hosts and we would love to stay again in the future.

Winter Stay

Overall we liked the property very much. The owners/ managers were very approachable and helpful. The views from the property are very lovely. We enjoyed the location of the property-close to several golf courses, restaurants and shopping. The complex is very well maintained. The property itself has a few challenges, facing a fairly busy street. Once inside the complex we found the surroundings to be quiet.

Beautiful home, great view.

I've stayed twice in the last year for a month each time and loved it. It is as described in the overview. Great location and the view of the mountains from the west facing patio is amazing. Good hiking 1 mile away. And, there are two communal tennis courts. Five stars!
