Nice view of the swimming pool and the garden, parking by the house. Nice Villa

All in all, we had a very nice stay in the villa. The rooms and the entire area were clean and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for the warm temperatures. The garden is very large and offers plenty of space for activities. One minus point was 3 short power outages and inaccurate information in the property description. The villa is not completely secluded as it appears in the pictures and description. There was also no gym and table football although these were stated. Nevertheless, it was very nice overall.

Urlaub mit 16 Leuten

Dieses Objekt bekommt von allen 16 Mitreisenden klare 5 von 5 Sterne. Zunächst war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr einfach und vor allem schnell. Auch das Einchecken in das Haus verlief problemlos, ebenso wie die Bezahlung. Die Familie Valic war immer sehr nett und vor allem hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (zum Beispiel Klimaanlage in jedem Raum). Neben dem Pool genossen wir den großen Garten und ganz besonders die voll ausgestattete Außenküche, die ebenfalls über einen großen Kühlschrank für Nahrung und kalte Getränke verfügt. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand ist nicht weit und im Ort gibt es eine günstige aber sehr leckere Pizza.

Great Villa, great place, very friendly owners!

We had such a great time in this amazing Villa! It's even bigger than it looks like on the pictures. The pool is great and the outdoor kitchen with a pizzastove is a highlight as well as the lovely design inside the house! The owners are very nice and friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of wine after a long drive. Villa Kapetanova is located in Rakalj which is a small town close to Pula (20 min by car) and to other beautiful places like Rovinj, Opatija and so on. The sea is close and there are some calm bay to enjoy the sun and the clear sea water! We look forward to stay at Villa Karpetanova again!! Thank you Branka for everything! Tatjana and Co.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem großzügigen, gepflegtem und sauberen Haus verbracht - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am besten hat uns die Sommerküche gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist etwas abgelegen. Wer aber einen ruhigen Urlaub, fern vom Trubel in einem super tollem Haus sucht, liegt genau richtig.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das kleine Örtchen Rakalj 20 km von Pulla entfernt bietet neben einer ruhigen Atmosphäre und schönen Buchten eine gehobene Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die liebevolle Ausstattung, das riesen Gelände sowie die sehr freundlichen Besitzer der Villa Kapetanova laden zum Wiederkommen ein. Neben einem großen Pool bietet eine voll ausgestattete Außenküche die Möglichkeit das traumhafte Haus nur zum Schlafen zu nutzen und im Sommer den ganzen Tag an der frischen Luft zu verbringen. Durch die Größe und Aufteilung von Haus und Garten sind genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten geboten. Wir können diese Villa nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf einen weiteren entspannten Urlaub bei Branka und Mario.

+ Schöne, große Villa + gute ausstattung + ruhige lage + großer pool + genügend sitz-,liegemöglichkeiten auch bei 10 personen + vertrauensvoller vermieter (alles hat nach abmachung funktioniert) - strand "nur" mit auto zu erreichen - keine überdachte/beschattete parkmöglichkeit (ansonst genügend parkmöglichkeit)

Bewertung von Kapetanova Villa

Ich habe mit Freunden eine sehr nette Woche in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz (großer Garten), einem großen Pool und sehr viel Wohnraum. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Grillen und Kochen braucht. Zum Einkaufen und um ans Meer fahren sollte man ein Auto haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen.
