Completely separate holiday home on a large, idyllic meadow plot in an absolutely quiet location, surrounded by old trees, between meadows and paddocks, near Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm. On two large sun terraces facing south and west, you can relax and enjoy the sun to the full. The horses and ponies also come to stroke.

The bedroom with a large double bed is on the upper floor of the house. Another single bed, extendable to a double bed, is located in the cozy hallway area on the upper floor. There is a full bath on the lower floor. The spacious living area captivates with attention to detail. The open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. The house has a collection of CDs, DVDs, books and board games, satellite TV, I-Pod station, Blu-Ray player, hi-fi system with radio and CD player.

Furnishing
All our cottages have their own garden with a terrace and furniture so that you can spend your vacation outdoors as much as possible. Should the weather not play along: Most of our houses are equipped with an open fireplace that makes even the worst winter days cozy.

Your holiday home is fully equipped to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The basic equipment includes toilet paper, soap, washing-up liquid, dish towels, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, vinegar and oil, coffee filter. Matching tablecloths and garden pads are in every house. In the chamber you will find vacuum cleaners, hand brushes, mops and cleaning utensils. Tired of cleaning? Book an intermediate cleaning and make an appointment conveniently with our housekeeper on site.

For families with babies and toddlers we have baby equipment: a travel cot, covered with suitable bed linen and a high chair. If required, we will be happy to attach a safety gate for stairways before your arrival.

Our concept is holiday houses with hotel service - bed linen and towels in the hotel standard, breakfast order, room cleaning and personal on-site support on arrival and during your stay. You decide which comfort services you would like to book. Access to WiFi internet is free in every holiday home.

From arrival to departure, our team will take care of you, always on site and always available. Our housekeeper or our caretaker will receive you personally to hand over the keys and will be happy to show you around your holiday home and grounds. You can contact our staff during your entire stay and ask for help.

You can order bread rolls and newspapers in the comfort of your holiday home every morning. You can also order DVDs, firewood and a selection of wines directly from your holiday home. There are two bicycles on each house; We will be happy to provide children's bicycles and seats on site.

In the middle of the complex is the wellness house - can be shared and temporarily reserved privately. Use is included for our guests. Here you will find a Finnish dry sauna, a Zen relaxation area as well as a toilet and shower. Outside there is a sun terrace with loungers and a small outdoor jacuzzi.

Each holiday home on Gut Klein Bollhagen is private, fenced or overgrown, so that guests can enjoy their vacation in complete privacy. The cottages are largely invisible from the outside, so you can retreat completely relaxed. Our facility is located on a road with little traffic with a speed limit of 30. There is no car and street noise with us.

Security is an important aspect of vacation planning, especially for families with children. The small Bollhagen estate is largely fenced, the entrances are secured by electronic gates. The facility is fully illuminated at night. Our caretaker often goes on a control tour in the evening. Your holiday home is equipped with smoke detectors that are regularly serviced. Fire extinguishers and fire blankets are on hand in an emergency.

Pets
Pets are very welcome at Gut Bollhagen! For this we charge a small cleaning surcharge per stay. Several pets are also possible. If your dog listens to your word, feel free to let it run free in your garden. Please pay attention to the safety and well-being of the other guests, especially children.
