Very disappointed in the unit. The carpet was dirty, broken window in the master bedroom, blinds were broken. Mold in the master shower. Dirty carpet. It looked like the floor trim was in the process of being replaced, a pipe was sticking out and the boards were not painted. The sliding screen door to the porch has a hole in it. The unit is not represented correctly online and is over priced for the state of the unit.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry the unit didn’t meet expectations, and we understand how frustrating it must’ve been to find issues like the dirty carpet, broken window and blinds, mold in the shower, and other maintenance concerns. We’re taking this seriously and will address these items with the property team so the unit better reflects the standard we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Great place for gorgeous views!

The condo is very convenient to get to and from Crested Butte. We had a few glitched getting checked in, but we were there in the off season with staff around. Clean, comfortable and definitely met our needs!

Great location!

Location of property is great. The condo itself is starting to show it's age (rip on the couch, chip in the fireplace hearth, carpet frayed in some spots, etc), but the cleanliness was great. Overall, very happy.

Great condo at the base of Crested…

Great condo at the base of Crested Butte Mountain! Great views and the condo was clean, comfy. We had a few glitches with check in but we were there during the off season with few staff around. Easy place to get around to spots in Crested Butte.

Too many stairs!

We didn’t realize the property was on the 4th floor without elevators. Once inside the property, more stairs! The bedrooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Altitude sickness big time! The view was wonderful.
