Horrible

No comfort what’s so ever,couch broke, beds disgusting,not clean, no blinds for sleeping in bedrooms, oven so old and rusty I would not cook anything in it. The views were perfect beautiful and also great position. There is no lift a big disappointment 50 odd stairs to our apartment, My husband is 85 I am 80. So could not cook, no fans, no comfort, blankets had holes in them, we couldn’t wait to vacant out. SO OvER ALL 1 out of 10

Beautiful property in need of some care and maintance

Great location with beautiful views and I did not mind using the stairs, however, the property was in need of some cleaning and maintance. The whole place needed a good clean including fridge, stove, microwave and kitchen cupboards. In the bedrooms the cupboards and wardrobes also were also in need of a good clean. In the general storage cubboards were plastic garbage bags full of presumably used Quilts and covers. My niece was about to use them thinking they were the spare blankets packed in a strange way. The wardrobes in the main bedroom had metal inserts which were not installed but placed in a pile in the robe resulting in most of the robe being unable to be used. We brought our own lined, but there was no sample packs of laundry powder, dishwashing powder or spray and wipe for general cleaning. We were supplied with a vacum cleaner, however a broom would have been more useful. We picked up our unit key from a locked box, which was fine but at no time did we see any unit managers or staff. We dropped our keys back the same way . Will not stay here again.

Brilliant location

I loved the view from the balcony & the main bedroom - so relaxing. The apartment is large, with many extra’s. Location is perfect, right in the centre of the action at Bullock Beach. The steps up keep u fit, bit there is a lift for the luggage. Well worth booking - I’ll be back, plus a very good price. Thank you, I had a fabulous time!

Lovely unit - very clean. We enjoyed our stay and was quite relaxing with nice views to the water. Very accessible to everything. The staff were very helpful upon our arrival. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Unit was close to everything and was very spacious. Great views of Bulcock Beach. Only drawback is the unit doesn't have any ceiling fans or air conditioning.

The Best

This unit would have to be the best unit in this price range that I have ever stayed in. (have been coming to holiday in Caloundra for over 50 years) The views are fantastic!!! The unit is light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped, more appliances and china/cutlery than usual.

Disorganized booking agent - beware

The agents are totally disorganized. I'd arranged a late key pickup with one person who was then away and no one knew! They nearly went home for the day at 4pm without leaving me a key. Scary. I got 4 emails from 4 different people all saying different things. Next time as nice as the apartment was with the view and all, I would go elsewhere for peace of mind.

As you had notified the office of the late key pickup we were most certainly organised to leave the keys for you as planned - we would never leave you or any guest without access to a comfy bed. Also, you stated we do have a number of consultants who respond to emails etc, because of the great service we offer it would be very difficult to have just one consultant maintain contact with everyone so from time to time I will engage the assistance of others. All about location

My family has stayed here for the previous few years for our primary holiday for the year and have rebooked for the future. This location has spectacular views of Pumicestone Passage and the Esplanade along Bulcock Beach and is a short walk from the CBD. The building is old and this unit could use some renovations, but everything is functional and works well.

Lovely, comfortable unit

We always love staying here. The unit is in an excellent position with awesome views. It's very well equipped. The only disappointment is the massive increase in tariffs for next year. The cost has more than doubled, and unfortunately we will be unable to afford a return visit. After 3 wonderful years, we say bye-bye to 10 Lowanna, a place that felt like a home away from home

Also we didn't think to ask about how many steps there were. LOVED the luggage/shopping lift. The unit is comfortable and homey. LOVED the sofa. Everything in walking distanced.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice size apartment and close to the beach. Only 2 concerns; very hot without a/c and doors won't close properly and do a lot of noise when it's windy.
