Relax and unwind in this newly updated spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa in Sea Trail's Champions neighborhood. Featuring 4 Queen beds, golf course views, screened-in porch, large kitchen, and flat-screen TVs. Ideal for family getaways or golf retreats. Just 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach. Guests must be 25+, provide a driver's license, and sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals.

Located in the scenic Champions neighborhood of Sea Trail, the villa boasts two bedrooms, each with two Queen beds and attached bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. Relaxing spacious stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo- lots of space to spread out and not have to stay on top of each other. Nice quiet location within the complex and close to beach and all other necessities Would visit again!

Nicer Than A Hotel

it was secluded and spacious enough to beat any 4 star hotel, property is very big, slightly more driving than desired, pool and clubhouse hours are not elongated, 30+ min driving distance to downtown Myrtle Beach, 3-8 min drive to exceptional++ beaches, quiet, affordable, quaint, peaceful

Excellent location and quiet!

Despite not being a golfer, we are parents of a special needs child and the quietness due to location was a huge plus. Still very close to many amenities, including great restaurants. Easy Check In and easy checkout. Very clean upon arrival

All we needed

The rooms were spacious and comfy. All appliances worked as they should. Only issue would be it needs to be brought into this century with the decor. Wallpaper etc.

Great location

This was our first time staying at Sea Trail. I grew up coming to Sunset Beach so I knew about the area. We were only a short drive away from the beach. This was a great set up for my family of 4. It was big enough that we were not on top of each other for the week. The condo was very clean and had every thing we needed to make our vacation GREAT! Will definitely stay here in the future!

Just one suggestion

Nice place, very well priced...only suggestion I have is that the front bedroom really needs a substantial curtain/shade...the outdoor lights in the condo complex are really bright and the bedroom looked like daylight all night long.

I wouldn’t return

It’s a nice space. When we arrived there was fecal matter in the toilet. The bedding was visibly dirty. The air filter for the air conditioner was filled with dust and debris. The towels were hard and scratchy. The rugs were also not clean. We cleaned the bathroom, disinfected surfaces, and had our own bedding and towels. I’m glad we came prepared because we would have left immediately if we were not.

Perfect Quiet Getaway

I needed a place to stay while on a temporary assignment. It was perfect. Just the right location, great amenities (though I stayed inside most of the time since it was rainy and cool) and I was able to really work hard with NO sound issues. I headed to the beach on the one sunny day I had - lovely, and I found great dining opportunities both in Sunset and Calabash. The unit was lovely and comfortable (I chose the mini suite to sleep in to get morning light from golf course). The down pillows on the couches were a great touch. No need to buy ice (I did just in case) because the fridge makes bountiful ice wedges. Surprised no pasta strainer but I made do! All kinds of great kitchen gadgets if you want to entertain or blend a drink - and the Roku TV made my "break time" enjoyable. I'd come back again for sure!

Bed Bugs????

We loved our stay, but did notice little black/brown bugs in the bed behind the kitchen. Then about 2 weeks after the vacation we discovered very itchy bug bites on thighs & shoulders. Also, I did see the same bugs crawling in the suites back bathroom tub wall. I messaged sea trail and never heard back.

Pristine suite

This was a great unit in Sea Trail. All of the finishes seemed very new and was very impressed by the size of the mini suite. A lot of privacy between the two bedrooms but a good amount of shared living space.

Wonderful getaway!

We booked this unit for a New Year’s eve getaway. It was spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and decorated. We didn’t find ourselves needing anything nor did we have to call guest services for anything. Super quiet and peaceful resort with a heated pool that our kids loved over the cool winter weekend. Super comfortable beds and the best jacuzzi tubs! The sunroom was an added bonus that served us well for dinners, game nights and reading. I hope to book this again in the future.
