Located on 2nd level, this pet-friendly condo with comfortable furnishings has panoramic lake and golf course views and a lovely view of the 2nd fairway of Oyster Bay Golf Links.
The open floor plan allows ample space to enjoy the condo amenities from any room. Adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas open to a large wrap-around deck with two large sets of sliding glass doors. Unwind on the deck after a day of golf or beach activity and take in the scenic view of the golf course and natural surroundings. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has an adjacent dining area with a table for four. Additional seating for four is available at the raised kitchen bar. The condo has high speed wireless Internet and three Smart TVs (guests must use own streaming accounts). The living room has a large screen 48” smart Fire TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more for streaming. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom is equipped with 2 Full beds, Smart TVs and access to adjoining baths. The front bedroom also has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air, along with a large ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use.
The community grounds have an outdoor pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts with basketball hoop on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are provided for every rental. Sunset Beach is only a 3 mile drive away and is an unspoiled barrier island with soft sand and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Reserve this condo for a memorable stay in an ideal location! Bring your small dog (2 dog maximum) on vacation with you (non-refundable pet fee per pet applies).

The day before arrival, the company that manages this rental called to let us know that the people who own the unit wanted to use it, so they were switching us to another unit (same building and floor plan). The unit we stayed in was dated, smelly, and dirty. One of the sliding doors and one window wouldn't open. The showers drained poorly. The Keurig didn't work. There were spider webs throughout. There was flatware with food crusted on it. Definitely wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival, but still they stuck firmly to the 4 pm check-in time anyway (their check-in email says they will let you know if it's ready early. I guess it wasn't ready early, it wasn't ready for us at all).

Great location for our weekend stay

We really liked the location and being close between Calabash and Sunset Beach. The condo was comfortable, in a quiet area, and had plenty of room for us. The balcony overlooking the lake was nice and we especially liked watching the alligators and birds there. We had a little trouble with the stove not being fully functional, but reported the issue to management.

Close to sunset beach nc

The condo was nice. A few improvements could be made…replace furniture and update stove. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy some down time. The communication with realtor was awesome.

Mini golf trip

Furniture desperately needs replace and update inside and out patio chairs in really bad shape sofas and chairs bad but for the most part very nice good location nice view could have used some extra tp and cleaning supplies

The size and location were great. Cleanliness an issue with pet hair and human hair in bedding, towels, on furniture. Very disappointing.

The condo itself was just as pictured. The neighbors below ruined our vacation. If you have kids or don’t plan on going to bed at 8 and not move around this is not for you.

The apartment itself is wonderful! Very clean and very comfortable. I just loved having recliners! The beds are comfortable. All the appliances worked. There was plenty of everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was nice, overlooking a pond where my daughter enjoyed the wildlife. It was a short, easy drive to the beach. At least one neighbor was extremely rude. We are definitely not a loud family - it was me, my mom, my two adult daughters, and a toddler. The toddler isn’t particularly quiet, but definitely not extraordinarily loud. We’ve stayed in many, many condos in many areas and never had issues. But security came to our door at 8:30pm our first night there with a noise complaint! It was extremely embarrassing. Of course he didn’t see or hear anything that needed any attention, because we are not loud. But that really put a damper on our stay. Most people in the neighborhood seemed very polite. The pool is small, but clean and nice. The beach was crowded but gorgeous. We loved it!

It was great other than one of the front doors being completely covered by webs. Awesome hospitality by the property managers. Speedy repair from Plummers when our toilet had a leak. Thank you so much for an awesome vacation rental.

Great getaway

Very impressed the price of the place for what you got. We were close to the beach, had a pool on site and golf if you wanted it. You were away from the noise, but close to all the shops and beach life that you wanted. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place close to Sunset, Ocean Isle or North Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful property minutes from the beach.

Beautiful property. It's minutes from everything you need including the beach. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. I gave it 4 stars because of the amount of miss communications there was from the listing information to not getting notifications when the room was ready. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend staying here.

Quick get away. Condo backed to the lagoon which was a nice view. Floors creak loudly. Only full size beds in each room, beds were not comfortable, needs padding. Condo was very spacious which was nice.

Relaxing holiday with a view

Condo was clean and looking renovated (minus the couch)and very spacious. Weather was good to enjoy the wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the pond, cranes, a quite alligator and golf course. WiFi worked fine, no noisy neighbors...lovely stay. Short drive to the beach. 8 thumbs up!
