LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, hot tub/deck access, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed, twin/twin bunk bed, and private bath. Game room has a queen/twin bunk bed, TV, and DVD player. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The good parts: This house has an excellent location and was spacious enough for our trip. Quiet neighborhood; great hot tub The things to improve: We found a few places where it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly- the living room furniture had lots of dust under a table we had to move, and the TV had tons of fingerprints on it. Master bedroom bedspread had a gross stain. We were also disappointed that several of the window blinds were broken so didn't open, which was disappointing because we needed the airflow and light. We also couldn't tell from the listing that the yard and the deck were on two different levels. This was disappointing and we couldn't really use the lower patio- it didn't have furniture except one chair. The deck had only 3 cheap plastic chairs and one was cracked for a place that accepts up to 8-10 guests, the outside seating options were really lacking and disappointing. .

Great getaway

We had a fantastic time in this home. The upstairs deck was particularly nice with the outdoor fireplace and hot tub. House was cool despite the really warm weather due to all the windows. Definitely recommend!!!

Big Bear Spartan Race Lodging

It was a nice location and it easily accommodated all 9 people in our group. In general the property was great for us, it allowed dogs and it had a full kitchen. Our only complaints were the BBQ was a bit too hot and we had check in at a different location than the property.
