• Walk to Ponce City Market, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Fox Theater, Peachtree St.
• 1.5 mi. (2.4 km) to Georgia Tech; 3 mi. (4.8 km) to downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium

Level 1 features a garage with parking for two mid-size cars (one behind the other), plus a home theater with projector and 10' (3 m) movie screen. A new modern sectional includes a pull-out bed.

Level 2 features a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, two outdoor patios and backyard. Kitchen includes a full array of conveniences including All-Clad cookware, Vitamix blender, espresso machine, KitchenAid mixer, 6 burner gas cooktop, and electric range. The fenced backyard features a picnic table and gas BBQ.

Level 3 features three bedrooms — all with custom closets and luxury bedding — plus two bathrooms with bathtub, double sinks, glassed-in shower, and Hansgrohe fixtures.

The home is three levels, so it is not a good fit for guests with mobility issues. The home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned, but occasionally hosts dogs so it may not be appropriate for guests with severe dog allergies.

A Staycation

There are two words to describe this rental and the owner: AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the opportunity to work with Monica met all of my needs. I was able to get my questions answered in a responsive manner, access to sites and attractions within the Atlanta area, and feel relax. Great experience, great location

The property is in an amazing location, within easy walking distance to Piedmont Park (which we visited every day), the Beltline, and several great restaurants. The modern interior was clean and accommodating and the fenced in backyard was another big 'plus.' The check in process was very easy and the hosts were gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Stay

We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners were very easy to work with and exceeded expectations when we had an issue with the door code on check-in. I would rent here again if we need a large home in Midtown.

Great Midtown Property

This property is a must if you are staying in this part of Atlanta. The host goes out of their way to make sure you have everything needed. They even went out and bought a BBQ for our use. The property was clean and tidy. They even had a leaf blower in the garage to clear the front path for Thanksgiving day. I hope this proerty is available next time we are in town. Rick

Amazing experience

This property is wonderful. First, The house is beautiful. Second, the process was seamless and third, everything was well laid out in the house. The owners left a lovely card with drinks in the refrigerator and coffee on the counter. A binder had pages listing all of the info that we needed. Definitely a 5-star experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

We recently enjoyed our stay...just not long enough. The house was perfect for our stay! It is a lovely home in an architecturally eclectic neighborhood....fun to walk around and view the different styles. The location is great for getting to various sights around Atlanta and for walking to parks and restaurants. A perfect spot for a family or three couples to enjoy as a home base.

WOW!!!! I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars!!

First of all the pictures don't even do this house justice....it's absolutely one of the most beautiful houses I have even been in, let alone for a rental house. Check in process and communication were great. There were refreshments left in the fridge and the host offered to help with anything we needed while we were in ATL. By far the nicest and best VRBO we have ever stayed in!! We will be back to stay in the future.

We moved to Atlanta from San Francisco in 2000 and have a second home in Midtown that we make available through AirBNB. We travel frequently, particularly to New York and California, and think Midtown Atlanta is one of the best neighborhoods in the United States. It has rare mix of walkability, world-class art and restaurants, parks and green space, major universities and a never-ending list of events. We especially love exploring and people-watching in Piedmont Park and along the Atlanta Beltline.
