Sideline is an ideal choice for families visiting any one of the Baseball Camps, as it is centrally located to all! This beautifully maintained cozy two-bedroom apartment is perfect for 2 couples traveling together, or a family of 4! Centrally located within walking distance to the Oneonta downtown dining and shopping area.



Each bedroom features a large flat screen smart RokuTV, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. Beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room, and a newly tiled shower are some of the updated features. Other desirable features are the eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living room complete with a large flat screen smart RokuTV, and wireless high speed internet (Wi-Fi). Air conditioning, an enclosed front porch that is perfect for relaxing and an on-site laundry facility are just some of the amenities you will enjoy while staying at the Sideline. Outdoors you will find a wonderfully manicured landscape complete with picnic area and gas grill.



I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.



PLEASE NOTE: The Wilber Park community pool is approximately 1 mile from the house. There may be a fee for access.



There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

We loved our stay here! The house was very well appointed and all the baseball accents and memorabilia were the best! The location was also amazing, so much to walk to and short drive to Cooperstown All Star Village. Jerry was so great and responsive and really takes pride in his rentals. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Sidelines rental. It was very clean and well appointed. Nice, spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It had plenty of space for 3-4 adults. We were 2 miles to the Cooperstown All-Star ballpark and a block to the very cute downtown, which we walked to daily to have coffee & meals. We also enjoyed the farmer's market around the corner. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. Walking distance to town and short drive to Allstar Village. AC worked great but was a little loud and the bed in the front room was a little hard, but overall it was great. Thx!

Very cute place for my husband and I to stay while our son was in the baseball tournament. Very helpful person who met us to let us in to the property and showed us around. Very convenient to have access to laundry and our own kitchen.

Great place for small family

We stayed during our sons baseball tournament, and the house was perfect for the 3 of us. It was super comfortable and very clean. The house is conveniently located next to downtown and walking distance to restaurants and our friends. The management company was reachable and helpful and super easy to work with!

Great little rental.

Older home. Clean and met all of our needs. Not far from Main St. and good food, breakfast and coffee shops. Good location about 7-8 minutes from All Star Village. Gerry was great and met us on check in. Laundry worked well and grill was new although we didn’t use it this trip.

Our week at this rental was perfect. I loved that it was very clean and it had everything we needed. We cooked a few times which was wonderful. I would rent again if going to Cooperstown once again. It was a few minutes from All Star Village.

Clean, well-stocked home in a quiet area—great for Cooperstown visits!

We enjoyed our stay at this older but very clean and well-maintained home. The property is in a safe, quiet area, which made for a peaceful visit while in Cooperstown. The rental company does a fantastic job providing everything out-of-town guests might need—linens, paper products, trash bags, laundry supplies, and even a thoughtful touch of bagels upon arrival.A couple of things to note: the laundry facilities are located outside the home in an adjacent house, which wasn’t a major issue but good to be aware of. We occasionally noticed cooking smells from the tenant living upstairs, though it didn’t detract from our overall experience. The only suggestion would be that the couch could use a good cleaning.All in all, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we appreciated the attention to detail from the rental company.

I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay—thank you for sharing that! I also really appreciate you bringing the sofa to our attention. It was professionally steam cleaned a couple of weeks ago, but chenille fabric can sometimes appear streaky after cleaning, even though it is thoroughly clean. That’s just a characteristic of the material. That said, we’ll go ahead and vacuum it using a beater bar, which can help raise the nap and improve the overall look and texture. Thanks again for your helpful feedback!

Great place to layup for Cooperstown tournaments

Quiet and cozy first floor of a 2-flat building close to the main street in downtown Oneonta. Easy to get from there to All-star village. Property was as pictured, good for 2-3 adults probably at most, which is all we were looking for.

Sidelines was a great place to to stay while going to Allstar Village. The location to Main street was perfect. Allstar Village was only a short 10 min drive. Sidelines was very clean but had everything you needed.

Great Cooperstown Accomodations

This was a perfect location and accommodation for our stay in Cooperstown . They thought of everything.... even had umbrellas in the closets for our use!!! Highly recommend staying in this or one of Jerry's other properties!!! 10 stars all the way!!
