Great customer service
The weather created an issue with all the rain, but the team here was proactive and worked to solve the problem and the house turned out great! Would definitely stay here again as the kids had a blast on the river

Gorgeous and welcoming
There were 3 families staying here while our sons play at Dreams Park. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Sitting outside was so peaceful and beautiful, kids fished, and everyone used the kayak. The beds were comfy and each room was spacious. The house is located on a busy road, but the street noise was not a problem in the backyard or in the house. We would definitely recommend Goose Bay to anyone looking for a place to rest and enjoy while visiting Cooperstown.

Great location and home for multiple families playing at Dreams Park.
Overall great home for multiple families to stay while playing at Dreams Park. Loved the 4 bathrooms and 2 masters plus extra kitchenette and extra laundry room outside. The front entrance is off the main road so we made sure to keep the little ones away from the front. But the backyard is a dream and that’s where we spent most of our spare time, kids could play backyard games, canoe, kayak, basketball, fire pit, bbq..it was wonderful.
One odd thing would happen in the king master if we took late showers after games was the steam would set off the fire alarm. It was a little shock at first waking up the house at 11 or midnight. After a few times we found a work around to close the door to the bathroom and turn on the vent after the shower until the steam cleared. This solved the fire alarm issue.
Other than that, we had the best time and Norah was very welcoming and available to answer any questions when needed.
