About this property

2 BR in a beautiful resort, super clean, great beach, Sleeps 6

This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. The resort in Kihei has 200 units and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to accumulate a lot of Worldmark vacation points but don't have time to use them all. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, fully refundable.
Units are assigned the morning of check-in and you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive. Pictures you see here are provided by the resort and represent a typical unit. All units are air conditioned, have similar size and layout, and same appliances, furniture, and supplies.
For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.

Close to the beach

Such a great location in Kihei. ABC and beach rentals are walking distance. You don’t have room maid service and the Chrimecast isn’t working at the resort so no access to streaming. We are cable goers so that was okay with us.

WorldMark Kihei

Not great! We were in the middle of a construction zone. But we were not told that when we booked. We were given old rooms not the renovated ones. We couldn’t park near our rooms about half the time because construction trucks and materials were taking up parking spots. Our units were in poor shape, broken doors, rusty toilets, antiquated a/c that randomly worked. The pool temperature was inconsistent. One day very warm, next day too cold. The hot tub was too hot 104-105. Elevators were monopolized by construction workers. The location in Kihei was wonderful but I wouldn’t stay there again until renovations were completed.

Tim was so easy to work with in coordinating the stay! Everything was as listed. The suite easily accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. The pool was fantastic, and the location in regards to the beach and everything in Maui was very convenient! Highly recommend this stay!

Great Location

This property is located in central Kehei. GREAT LOCATION! It's right across the street from a great swimable, sandy beach, Kama'ole 2. It's the perfect beach to watch the amazing susnsets. There are beach equipemnt rentals within walking. A couple of food trucks and an ABC market on the corner. As for the property, the grounds are well kept. The pool and jacuzzi area is nice. We did get a 2 bedroom... The master had a small bathroom, which was nothing fancy but served it's purpose. The 2nd bedroom had two twins and then there was a queen murphy bed in the main area. The 2nd bathroom was nice and roomy. We LOVED having a W/D. Be sure to take your own beach towels. They provide towels for the pool and ask that you don't take them to the beach. They are small anyway. The accomidations were fine. Nothing had been updated, so it's all 20+ years old. The AC is all individual units in each room. We had to get one replaced while we were there, maintance came right away. Honestly, the particular unit we had REALLY needs an update #7102. The dishwasher ran... but it didn't clean, so we just washed everything by hand. We had maintance come look at it and were told it was fine. It is what it is. Tim was good at communicating. Everything was set to go at check-in. Bottom line, the staff is great, the location is amazing, the unit needs full updating!!

Pool time issue

Very nice place! Great staff. Only issue we had was that going to the pool was a pain! Had to make reservations and only allowed 1every 3 days and only can stay for 2 hours . Other hotels in the area had no restrictions at all! Not sure what this places deal was???

Excellent in every way!

Our family of four stayed at Worldmark Kihei over Christmas week and could not have had a better experience. The property and condo were well-maintained and perfectly located across from a gorgeous public beach and very close to many shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub on site were clean and lovely. Our kids loved the ping pong table poolside. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook and do our laundry. We are already looking forward to coming back!
