Stone-walled and meters from the sea, this Mediterranean style home perfectly fits Boka Bay landscape. The cozy, traditional charm is cushioned by a lush private garden and enjoys mesmerizing views of the sea and surrounding neighborhood.
Also, there is an intimate private beach right in front of the villa, with sun beds and parasols.
The villa evokes a balance of rustic Mediterranean elements and refined elegance in perfect harmony with its surroundings. It has three bedrooms with lovely furnishings, two private bathrooms and a vintage style kitchen with a dining area.
It’s a lovely retreat for groups of up to six friends or a large family.
The house is located in charming area of Dobrota, in the town of Kotor. There are some very good restaurants nearby. Also the beach "Virtu" is just a few minutes walk from the house.
The whole Boka Bay is amazing and authentic, with a lot of history. Guests can explore Kotor Old Town, Prčanj, Perast, as well as the islands: Gospa od Škrpjela (Lady of the Rock) and Sveti Đorđe (Saint George).
Also, there is an intimate private beach right in front of the villa, with sun beds and parasols.
