Full renovation spring 2020 (new photos April 2020)

Puddin is a classic Nantucket Scallopers cottage. Located directly on South Beach, steps away from the town dock, and downtown, Puddin is ideal for couples looking for that beach get away, yet close to town, shopping and restaurants.

Puddin is complete with Queen bedroom, living room, dining, kitchen and shower/bath. Upgraded in 2019 with HVAC, Bead board Wainscot, new furnishings and freshly painted.

For 2020, phase 2 renovation, vaulted ceiling in Living/Dining room, all new Kitchen and Bathroom.

Puddin has her own beach front, steps from your private deck.

A true gem right on South Beach.

Features include Wifi; TV; HVAC environmental; kitchen is efficient for two; standard shower. Living room is comfortably appointed with Rattan furniture and seating for 4 at the dinette. Outdoors, includes an umbrella'd table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, BBQ grill on the deck. A simple cold water shower for rinsing off after a swim. A short walk through the Beach Rose to the beach.

Wonderful Waterside Vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful trip to Nantucket staying at Puddin. The location was amazing with waterfront views and the ability to eat overlooking the harbor. With most restaurants doing only takeout, it was great to have a kitchen and the space to eat. Puddin is immaculately clean, well appointed, and perfectly laid out. Road noise is notable at times, but didn't interfere at all with our enjoyment. We hope to be able to visit again soon!
