Conveniently located on the Washington Street bike path, you won't need a car, but we offer parking if you bring one. Use our tandem kayak (1) and stand-up paddle boards (2) for a truly immersive beach and town experience.

Why they chose this property

This new, modern construction is located in the Nantucket Town Core Historic District. It faces Nantucket Harbor and is footsteps from Main Street Nantucket, the Great Harbor Yacht Club, the new in-town bike path, and the beach.

What makes this property unique

The location is hard to beat. The home is located directly across from Francis St. Beach so you will always enjoy stunning Nantucket Harbor views. If you do stay here, please take the time to enjoy at least one sunrise and sunset from the front deck. You will not regret it. Footsteps from Main Street Nantucket so you do not even need a car. New in 2019, we have two paddle boards and one tandem sea kayak available for our guests to use.
