1 bedroom (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom, 5th floor fully furnished condo with beach access directly across the street. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished bedroom including a queen sized bed and a TV. The living area has a sleeper sofa with a large flat screen TV. There are two sliders leading out to the balcony with views of the gulf and a washer and dryer in the unit.
Heated swimming pool, cabana with BBQ gas grill, tennis court and bike racks are some of the common features.
Also included are beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, coolers and towels.
One assigned parking space with additional guest parking available.
WiFi and cable TV. Included. A great inexpensive alternative to the JW Marriot which is only a few hundred yards away.

The host provided all the necessary details, followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions and was very responsive when I reached out. The location was perfect for daily walks on the beach and was walking distance to restaurants and all of the wedding festivities we had at the JW.

Great location on Marco Island

Located right across the street from public beach access. Nice sized condo with great balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the gulf. Nice, clean pool area. Easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Full size washer and dryer definitely a plus.

Short getaway

Property was perfect. Clean and close to the beach! Beach chairs were available to take to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the gulf. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent Condo close to beach

We’d a brilliant stay in this condo on Marco Island. The place was spotless on arrival and just as listed. It was a great touch that there were beach chairs and a trolley to get everything to the beach. Joe was a fabulous host who kept in regular contact particularly as hurricane Milton made an appearance while we were there. All in all I’d highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo

We loved the walkability to restaurants, shopping and church. Joe was extremely quick in helping us out when we had a small problem, our fault, us bad. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great property and location. Nicely modern and clean. We enjoy the balcony, and were sad to see that the treeline across the street had grown a bit over the ocean horizon. We still thoroughly enjoy this location and the quiet facilities very much and the short walk to the beach cannot be beat! Thank you for a wonderful return stay!

Great location and wonderful host. Joe is incredibly responsive and has the place set up with all the “little things” that make it so much easier. There are extra plugs by the bed so no searching for places to plug in your devices. There are clear instructions for everything down to the remote. All the essentials were there already (paper towels, toilet paper, salt & pepper, dish soap, hand soap, beach towels & chairs, even stain remover). Access to the beach is easy. I didn’t use the pool but it appeared to be clean and well kept. The building is very secure and I just walked everywhere, didn’t need a rental car. The only requirement for check out is to wash any pots and pans and take out the trash. Easy peasy when I was running around trying to make my 5:30 AM Lyft. Beautiful home and GORGEOUS beach!

Joe's unit was perfect for our son and daughter-in-law and single son who used the fold-out sofa. Our condo, across the street, can't accommodate our entire big family.

The condo was as advertised. Right across the street from the public beach access. We were within walking derange of many dinning options . The property owner was attentive and in touch. We will definitely be. back again.

Great time and convenient condo

We had a great stay at this condo. It was so conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed. Joe was very communicative and a great host. I’m not sure we could have comfortably used the pull out sofa for more than a week, but my son was very happy just sleeping on the couch. Highly recommend!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the large balcony overlooking the gulf and easy access to the beach. Happy to have beach chairs and umbrella provided at the condo! We would rent again.
