High ceilings & windows provide plenty of light. The floors and countertops are travertine with carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and SS appliances. Why they chose this property

Great central location in a small community. Easy access to both North Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale.

What makes this property unique

The high ceilings and clerestory windows provide ample natural light. Both balconies are covered and a good size for relaxing outside. All the furnishings are less than a year old and have a contemporary southwestern feel. A really cool condo!
