Take a leisurely walk or bike ride along the canal or free trolley ride to Fashion Square and Ole Towne. This long term rental (90 days) is price friendly and your perfect vacation home. If we can combine stays with other guests to meet the 90 days, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do. It is priced so you can book this for a month and still be cheaper than staying elsewhere for 2 weeks. So come visit spring training facilities or take in a Cactus League game. Bella Vita condos with its 2 pools awaits your return. Dog-friendly with some HOA restrictions. Owners hope to ensure the perfect stay.

About the host
Hosted by David Cramp
Retired school administrator married to a retired CPA. We decided to rent our home after we bought a property closer to our new grandson. We don’t know much about being landlords but we promise to do everything to make your stay wonderful. HOA guidelines say we must lease for 30 or more days.
Why they chose this property
You’ll have trouble finding a nicer area. There is a free trolley to take you around Scottsdale (M—F) and the complex borders the enormous Greenbelt for walking. The canal is close too. Great area!
What makes this property unique
It is close to everything. We often went weeks without using our car. That car was parked in the covered parking spot assigned to this condo
