Royal Palms Penthouse 1403 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Your vacation dreams have come true with this incredible penthouse find! This stunning 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit is sure to take your breath away. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. One of the master suites even has its own wet bar and mini fridge (it’s 5 o’clock somewhere!). This unit has an incredibly unique 1000 sq ft wrap-around balcony with access from the living room, dining room, and each bedroom. You will feel like royalty spending time soaring high about the beaches soaking in all the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico! The tall 9 ft ceilings, fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer will make you feel right at home while you vacation. As if all of this wasn’t enough, there are 3 TVs, a DVD player and WiFi to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. Please note there is a new BBQ grilling area. The building has 2 elevators for ease of access.

Gorgeous place!

We had to rebook a place at the last minute and we were so glad we did!! This condo does not disappoint!! Clean and gorgeous! The king bed rooms are so nice and the beds are really comfy! This is the best condo in the Royal Palms. The balcony is incredible and has comfy furniture. The view is amazing! This condo is the best place to watch the sunrise and moonrise over the water.

Wonderful stay

We’ve been staying in this building for the last 6years. We love the location. Being next to the state park gives everyone space to spread out so the beach doesn’t seem as crowded. This is the best condo we have stayed in in the building. It was so clean and had everything we could need. We will definately be staying here again.

Best view in Gulf Shores

We have stayed in several units at Royal Palms (all of which have been wonderful) but this unit was the best of all! Everything is just as described and pictured, and the views of the beach from the beach facing balcony to the side wrap around were the greatest. The unit itself was spacious and well organized. We felt right at home the minute we walked down the long hallway to the living room. Absolutely wonderful!!!

This Penthouse condo unit at the Royal Palms is top notch. Everything is exactly as described and the property management company was great and easy to work with. There isn't a better view from any where else in Gulf Shores. So happy to have stayed here and will book again.

Absolutely amazing on all aspects. Location was a 10 plus - the wrap around terraces made the view of the white sands and national park incredible. The furnishings were all new and spotless. Extremely happy with our stay and all the details of the unit.

We loved Royal Palms 1403! The living room, dining room, and kitchen area was bigger than other units we have stayed in. Both bedrooms were large with plenty of room as well. The balcony was our favorite part. The views are wonderful and the furniture was very comfortable. We plan to stay here again!

Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time! The weather wasn’t the best but there’s so much to see and do down here, that we stayed busy every day. So many restaurants to chose from and within walking distance. Having the indoor heated pool was an added plus for our grandkids. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and the million dollar views from the balcony can’t be beat!! We will for sure be back!!

Great location, balcony desperately needs furniture

The selling point of this condo over others in the building was the enormous balcony. We had fantastic views. However, the available furniture was either broken or unusable, with the exception of two Adirondack chairs. The owners need to take advantage of the balcony because it's really the only advantage to this unit. Location was great. We had a quiet beach right next to the state park, so it was not crowded at any time during our stay. We didn't care about being able to walk to other locations in GS.

We were there for my daughters beach wedding and her condo down the hall was definitely not what I had hoped for their wedding trip...the balcony furniture was broken, dirty and moldy. The inside furniture in desperate need of updating and just a very weird layout with a wall of full length in the narrow hallway. She was quite disappointed especially when she saw that ours was so much nicer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not happy at all with security, parking and security. I ask security guard if we could park in handy cap parking area. Due to wife knee surgeries we need to get as close to levTOR A POSSIBLE. security told me I could park anywhereexcept owners parking and no parking. I parked in handy cap parking I had citation on vechicle the next morning with towing citation possible.I belong to RV,S Pro magazine with 50,000 members and I definitely will not recommend this place. i would like to talk to owners about what a security gates that does not work does for their business. after 15 years stayine at this location; i will never book there again nor will I book with Bender. Bender No help at all.

We certainly regret the issues you experienced with parking at the property. Perhaps there was a notice on your car due to the lack of an official handicap tag? We at Bender Vacation Rentals cannot supersede the authority of the Royal Palms Association. Having stayed at Royal Palms for 15 years, we can only assume that you love its location by the State Park, offering unobstructed views of the Gulf, as well as its multiple amenities. The views from the wraparound balcony of 1403 are absolutely unparalleled. While we had no control over the non-functioning gate, we do have many properties that do not have security gates, and we welcome the chance to assist you in planning your next Gulf Coast getaway!
