Good to know: the building dates to the 1800s, so occasional dust or a rare bug may occur. Stairs are required, and you will hear downtown noise, especially at night.

Nashville Experience

This is a prime location! Lots to do right outside your door. However, the inside of the apartment was less than satisfactory. Cob webs, holes in drywall, stained up carpet. Kinda gross, so it’s a good thing we were really only there to sleep!

Very worth it, but it’s dirty.

When we first arrived there was a pile of puke right at the front door that smelled awful. The apartment itself also stunk. It smelled like stale cigarettes and old people. The carpets and throw pillows are VERY stained. There were bugs (including mosquitoes) everywhere! We are covered in misquote bites. There were LARGE cockroaches. HOWEVER the location was the most convenient thing. We were so close to EVERYTHING! We decided as a group we would be willing to deal with the uncleanliness to be this close again. Just bring bug spray, a cockroach trap & a strong stomach. Ignorance is bliss! Lol

Great location but issues with the property itself

The location is AMAZING! Broadway is right around the corner which is so convenient! Unfortunately, the property needs some work. During a storm, there was water leaking through the ceiling in one of the bedrooms where my friend was sleeping. Let the owners know and they only offered to “send someone out to move the bed and put a bucket under where the water was dripping from”. The washing machine made HORRIBLE and extremely loud banging noises when we went to wash clothes. The carpets were heavily stained and gross upstairs in the bedrooms and on the steps. Air cannot go below 70 degrees. The room was EXTREMELY humid, felt sticky and musty, smelled funky… like mold or mildew. Lots of fruit flies flying around inside. Was hoping for much better when it came to the property but, we were able to tough it out. It was hard to get in touch with the property owners until it came time to check in. Tried changing my party from 8 to 6 and never got a message back from them about that. If you’re only looking for a convenient location and don’t care about where you sleep, this is for you! If you would like somewhere clean and comfortable I suggest you look elsewhere.

Great location

A ten on location. One face towel for 6 people for four days. Old furniture and no night stands. Needs paint bad. Needs things in kitchen like ice cube trays seven plates total. Cabinets bad in kitchen and place creeks bad enough where it wakes people up. No where to set or store personnel items in any of the rooms had to use chairs etc. to set things on

Great except the temp

Overall a great place to stay but the heat in the apartment was set at 70 and could not be turned down. The apartment was 74 degrees and It caused an uncomfortably hot environment.
