We had the best experience staying at Charlies place. It was the perfect location while we fished the Tennessee Bass nation High School tournament on Old Hickory. For a Mom who cooks for the anglers, she had everything needed, even a crock pot. Great place

I also wanted to clarify that while we do have a dog, she is not allowed in the rental space. Regarding privacy, the unit does have its own separate and private entrance, so I’m sorry if it did not feel as private as expected during your stay. The guest suite and outdoor areas were lovely as pictured. The pool and lounging areas provided a great oasis outdoors during the day and at night. Loved all the thoughtful amenities and personal touches everywhere. Charlie and Richard were great hosts, and Pearl was a sweety. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the Nashville area.

Great location in a beautiful community. Pool was closed for the season. However, had a great time visiting with the Host. Charlie and partner are full of local knowledge! Thank you for sharing with us ! Will be our destination should we be in the area again!

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed from showering to everything in the kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. The outside space is very nice and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

We stayed at Charlies to enjoy the pool and catch up with friends. It was a cute place and the pool was perfect. Charlie is very nice and easy to work with. I would stay there again!

Comfortable accommodations in a lovely location

Very clean and comfortable. We not only enjoyed downtown Nashville, but also exploring Old Hickory Lake and nearby marina. The pool right outside your door is a bonus too. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

Great Stay

This place was a great find. The property is wonderful and the host was absolutely amazing. She does ask when you arrive you let her know as she want to make sure you made it safely. I am thinking about making a non business trip and will definitely stay again.
