This very nice cedar cottage is situated in the service lane in the Smiths Beach Estate.
The house has open plan living kitchen and dining with fireplace and portable electric heating and the lounge room has an air conditioner and ceiling fan

. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and microwave oven and there is a great dining table for 6. Tv, dvd and video, cd player provide the inside entertainment. Polished timber floors in the living areas and carpeted bedrooms. The house has a lovely comfortable feel. There is a bathroom and off the main bedroom is an ensuite.

There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the laundry.
The property is mostly fenced with a huge decking area partially covered, looking out on to a lovely garden area.

There is a gas bbq and an outdoor setting perfect for outdoor entertaining. It is an easy 10 minutes walk to the surf beach. No Smoking Inside, No Animals.

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

For all other bookings please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

Smith’s beach

House was well appointed, close to most areas , equal distance to all areas . Draw back was having to go to Cowes to drop off keys, which added 20 minutes to our trip home . So we missed ferry to queenscliff. Had to wait an extra hr . A few windows left partially open would help with initial entry , minor issues, so otherwise very comfortable

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Spacious inside with the cathedral ceiling, and lovely garden and decking outside. Close to the beach and not far from shops. We recommend - a great place for a family to stay. Thank you!
