Hideaway By The Sea is a 2 minute walk to beach.
Situated at the end of a quite no through road with beach access to Red Rocks beach directly opposite your front door and Aussie Golf Ranch at the back of the property. Ideal for a family or couples.
Two story three bedroom open plan living and large outdoor undercover entertainment area is a great place to enjoy the long summer evenings or just a relaxing break from the everyday stress.

The lower level offers three bedrooms, master bedroom queen size bed with bathroom access. Second bedroom a double bed and third bedroom two single beds. Large bathroom with corner spa bath, shower and vanity, separate toilet with basin and a small equipped laundry with washing machine and laundry basin.

The upstairs living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a large open plan living that leads out to a large undercover entertainment area with BBQ. A great area for entertaining guests and enjoying a summer's night on the balcony. Brand new quality furnishings throughout including Microwave, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, DVD, outdoor furniture, BBQ.

Upstairs has split system heating and cooling as well as a ceiling fan and downstairs bedrooms have a wall heater in the main bedroom and second bedroom and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Guest access:
Check in with a pin code for key box access. Host off site but contactable by email/phone at any time. Pin emailed to guests the day before check in.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked cupboard under the stairs used to store linen and supplies.

Linen:
All beds are supplied with linen and bath towels.
All beds have electric blankets.
You are required to supply your own beach towels.

Peak Periods:
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times it may involve linen being left on the beds but the beds not being made up.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

Other things to note:
I rent 2 beach apartments in Cowes - Waves Phillip Island Apartment 110 & Apartment 321. Both apartments are in the town centre across the road from Cowes beach - can be rented together or separately for larger groups. Host off premises but contactable any time via phone or email.
