Come stay in our charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2-story home.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom (with shower and tub), and a walk-in closet. The other 2 rooms are upstairs. Both with queen beds. A large shared bathroom is located on the second floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the main living room has a charming built-in electric fireplace.

The house comes with a large backyard, with a brick patio, furniture, and a Grill. Parking is free.

West Oak is a 5-minute walk to Old Town Lafayette which has several art studios, restaurants, breweries, a farmer's market, and antique shops. A family-friendly park and the local Rec. Center are just a block away and a water park is just a mile away!

West Oak is near main bus lines and roadways that make traveling to Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, the ski slopes, etc. quick and easy.

West Oak is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, where women and children feel safe during all hours of the day and night. Local authorities are nearby for any emergencies.

We can guide you to our favorite resturaunts, breweries, and attractions in any city and the best way to get to each one. We also have a list of favorite hikes and out door adventures, which we would be happy to help you plan.

Very comfortable home base

We had not been to the Denver area before and wanted a location convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Lafayette was perfect. Everywhere we went was just 30 - 60 minutes from the house (e.g., downtown Denver, Boulder, Estes Park, Ft. Collins, anf Evergreen). When we returned after a day of exploring, the house was a comfortable place to rest and recharge. It is spacious, well-stocked in the kitchen (lots of staple foods and cooking equipment), and whimsically decorated. It has plenty of areas in which to spread out, including a charming front porch and a delightful, nature-filled back yard. The bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. As a bonus, there are two parks, a grocery store, and two liquor stores within walking distance of the house. Old Town Lafayette is also close by and contains some terrific restaurants and coffee shops. I felt completely at home in this house and would highly recommend it to families or groups of friends.

Family stay

Wonderful property for our family. The home is beautiful and well kept and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. There are two parks within walking distance that is great for the young kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding rental

My family of 4 had the best possible stay at this well-appointed home. The furnishings are contemporary and comfortable, and the mattresses were is good shape. We were here over the holiday season, and were delighted to find the home decorated for the season, complete with Christmas tree on an automatic timer. The kitchen was well-appointed. The owners were clear and prompt in all communications. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place for family gathering

We were excited to gather our son and his wife who live in Lafayette along with our daughter and boyfriend who live in Boston for a family Christmas. The house had everything anyone could need and was wonderfully decorated for the holidays. Thanks to Jared for his prompt response to my questions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect house, Perfect location

This home is amazing! It has all the amenities and more. This was a business trip for our group of three which everyone had their own bedroom and space. A big plus was the master bedroom with a large closet and several niceties . The location was perfect and close to Lafayette, Louisville and Boulder. We didn't have time to enjoy the back yard but it looks like a good place to unwind after a day out. I will defiantly rent this home again on our next trip. Thank You

Cute, Quaint and Cozy !!

This home was perfect for our Colorado trip:) The House was easy to get to, roomy and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was central to many interesting areas. Jared was quick to respond to our needs:) Outdoor living area and fire pit was nice. Would recommend this house to friends:)

Family visit

We came to visit our son in LAFAYETTE bringing our daughters family along who has a 2 year old. Wanted a home rather than a hotel and chose to stay with Jared. He was receptive to our arriving earlier in the day which was appreciated. The home was everything that we could have wanted starting with a book explaining what could be used or not used. There was a garden in the back that our granddaughter enjoyed picking the tomatoes and carrots. There was enough room outside to play lawn games and inside to play board games after the little one went to bed. There were lots of extras that he provides making it feel like he wants you as a guest. Beds are very comfortable and the towels are plush. Would love to stay again when we are in the area! Thanks Jared.

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the fire table when we got back at night. The location was great, 20 minutes from boulder and hiking.

Perfect Lafayette home

Great place with everything you’d ever need. Perfectly clean and very welcoming. Kids enjoyed the snacks, and adults loved the good beers waiting for us. Comfortable beds. Great yard. Hot air balloons Sunday morning were great too. Hard to come up with a criticism. You will love it

Like being back home

We lived in Lafayette for years before moving to Atlanta. This property made us feel right back at home. It's in a great location to visit Boulder and even Ft. Collins. The house is very clean, spacious and was well stocked with extras. We will definitely be back!

Heaven on Earth!

Words will not do this place justice, but I will try. First, Jared was an excellent host, so accommodating and helpful. Second, myself and my guests absolutely fell in love with the place and couldn't believe how amazing it was. It was truly the most welcoming, clean, quiet, well-stocked, beautiful, and comfortable place that I've ever stayed. Jared really did think of everything and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. And they even have the coolest book all about house, places to eat nearby, things to do, it was super informative. They have fans in the upstairs bedrooms which is great for both cooling things off and for noise while sleeping. It was also a great location that was close to many areas without having to pay the super high prices in Denver and Boulder. We agreed that we will be back year after year. It was an absolute delight from start to finish; can't imagine a better place to stay!

Beautiful home away from home - great amenities!

Felt like a luxury condo :) My family (2 boys under 6) and in-laws stayed here during a destination wedding. We appreciated the small touches like local foods & beverages in the fridge upon arrival, as well as the great views and tech amenities. Our younger ones loved the chance to watch movies on Netflix after long day outings in Boulder hiking, and all enjoyed the cozy private feel of the backyard and morning hot air balloon views. This home is a great bouncing-off location for Estes Park, Denver, Golden, as well. ~5 minutes to groceries and many great restaurants,. We spent lots of time cooking and loved the availability of fully stocked kitchen and both gas & charcoal grills. Nice walking paths & park nearby! Highly recommend this home and the owners - thank you for providing a worry-free awesome experience that felt like home!

Beautiful Home

This house was amazing and Jared was great to work with and made us feel very at home! The house is very new, fresh, clean and is beautifully decorated with very comfortable, good-sized rooms. It is located less than 5 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and is walking distance to a few local breweries. From the snack basket upon arrival to our departure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great location and awesome home!

We visited many surrounding areas and this is a great location for anyone staying in the Boulder/Denver area. Home was awesome and perfect for our group. Local food was nearby and owner gave us great recommendations. I will plan to stay there again when I come to the area. 3BR, 2.5 bath with great backyard deck. Within an hour of anywhere we wanted to visit.

Great Stay near the Rockies!!!

This house was perfect for our short stay near the Rockies. Easy drive to Boulder. The amenities of the home Were beyond expectation. The owner went above and beyond with snacks and drinks perfect for taking on a long hike. Everything was top notch. Comfortable beds and furniture, which we Utilized after a day at the Manitou Incline. It really Felt like home as we explored the area.

Our names are Jared and Stephanie. We travel a lot and understand the importance of entering into a nice, clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped residence/room at the end of a long day of travel.

Thus, we have taken great pride in providing all of our guests with exactly what we would want in a Home Away From Home experience. Wifi, and access to Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are included. You'll also be able to use the grill located on the back deck.

Why they chose this property

This property is located just a 5-minute walk from Downtown Lafayette, CO (restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.), grocery stores, gas stations, liquor stores, parks/playgrounds, the local rec. center, the Library, bus lines, and main highways to access Boulder, Denver, Longmont, and the Ski Slopes. Basically, everything you will need during your stay is at your fingertips.

What makes this property unique

We love this home, because it has a big back yard, it is in a friendly and safe neighboorhood, and everything is easily accessible. The accessibility to Denver, Boulder, Longmont, and main roads is a HUGE plus for when we want to hit the slopes, go out for a night in Denver or to see a Rockies games (we love the nearby bus for safe travels), hitting up farmers markets, hiking, etc. AND! There isn't a lot of traffic.

Oh! And did we mention that in the early mornings, you can watch hot air balloons floating in the beautiful sunrise?
