My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable property. We had everything we needed and more. From the well-appointed home to the beautiful yard and the wonderful location, our long weekend stay was perfect! Many thanks to Danielle for her hospitality!
We enjoyed staying at this house- it was clean, well maintained and perfect for our graduation weekend. We loved the backyard. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay. The location is awesome, and walking distance to Reynolda and Graylyn. We enjoyed the neighborhood and getting outside each morning in these scenic areas. Very clean and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Thanks Danielle!

Wonderful!
Excellent stay. Everything was just as we needed. Easy check in and out and the house was lovely. We left something there and Danielle has been wonderful finding it and getting it to us. I plan to rent this house again.
We had a great stay at this cozy home in Winston-Salem! A friend and I were in town for Market, and the location was super convenient—just a quick drive from the shuttle stop that takes you straight into High Point. It was perfect since we could easily drive our rental car there instead of dealing with driving all the way to Market. We did both and it was nice to have the flexibility. The house was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a long day. The host was also incredibly attentive and helpful, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend this spot if you’re heading to Market or visiting the area!
This house could not have been more perfect for my guests. It is clean and beautifully presented, with a stunning, sunny yard in a perfect location backing onto the Graylyn Estate. The host (Danielle) was amazing and very helpful - providing clear and consistent communication. I look forward to booking the house again.
My parents, myself, my six year old daughter, and our mini Australian Shepherd stayed here while visiting my sister and her newborn. The house is clean and the kitchen is really well stocked with things to make coffee, cook, dishes, utensils, etc. The beds are comfortable, the home is in a really good/desirable area, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet (not a lot of traffic noise, crazy neighbors etc).
The property owners are excellent with communication and available quickly through VRBO. It was a really smooth check in and check out. I would gladly book again with these owners.
Sweet, spotless home close to Wake campus. We especially loved sipping morning coffee on the small back patio. Danielle was communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for another great stay!
This home was a pleasant experience for my family and I, nice amenities and neighbor
We enjoyed the backyard and being able to explore the grounds behind he fence!
Amazing Property Clean And Beautiful House Love The Backyard Great If You Have Pets And Children House Had Absolutely Everything You Could Think You Would Need And The Homeowners We’re Very Easy To Communicate With No Matter What You Need To Reach Them About If You Are Coming To Winston Salem I Would Highly Recommend This Property And Homeowners Convenient To WFBM And So Many Other Places!
We stayed at the house during our son’s college graduation weekend. It was perfect as it had plenty of room for family and a fully functional kitchen for meals. This way we didn’t have to fight the crowds at restaurants. Was a great location as well. Would definitely stay there again.
Charming neighborhood and a lovely house. It was great for a trip to see family who live in Winston.

Why they chose this property
This home is one of our first investment properties. We lived next store for several years then moved away when our kids were born and we outgrew the house. After several years of long term rentals we decided to try something new. We love to travel as a couple and a family and VRBO/Homeaway has always been our "go to" website to look for a place to stay. We have loved every home we've been fortunate enough to stay in and we're grateful to those families who have opened their doors to us. So we would like to do the same for you.
What makes this property unique
This area is close to everything! Downtown, Wake Forest Univ, Shopping, Restaurants, Parks, and so on.
