This quiet beach house has the comforts you need to relax and enjoy. Within moments walk to the beach, golf course and village centre, this beach house has everything you need to relax and enjoy Flinders charm. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms & two toilets, a kids tv, play area and open plan living and dining, you can relax and enjoy or get out and about and make the most of this beach homes' central, yet quiet location.

Sleeps 6: Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

Room 1: Queen bed (Upstairs)
Room 2: Double bed
Room 3: Single bunk bed (sleeps two kids)

The queen bed, Master bedroom is the only room upstairs and will heat up on the warmer days

Includes: tv (non smart), dvd player, bbq, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, (reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs only), (bed rooms can be overly warm during the summer months), wall heaters in the bedrooms, outdoor furniture, wifi.

Pets are prohibited at this property.

Flinders Top Deck

We had a lovely time at this property and everything great, the upstairs could do with an air conditioner though cos it gets very hot on really hot days and no real way of cooling it down. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work but RT Edgar’s got on to it quickly and sent out a technician to get it sorted. It’s an easy walk to the shops and the beach where we saw a massive seal and the kids jumped off the pier.
