We have a furnished room with bath and with street view available in our spacious flat in Miraflores, 8 blocks from Parque Kennedy and just 2 blocks from supermarket. Miraflores is the principal turist and secure district in Lima.
You will have full access to all common areas, including a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a nice terrace. All the basic services are inclusive in the price: electricity, TV / cable (in the living) hot water, high-speed internet WIFI, gas, etc.
You will have an entire floor of 160m2.
Fully equipped and independent.
Everything works in order to make you feel at home.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area in Miraflores,
We are very close to the bus stations of the metropolitan.
We make every effort to make you feel at home.
We prefer foreigners, executives, professionals, students, teachers.
