Kianga Parade Beach House

What a beauty!

What more could you want in a holiday home - fresh and bright three bedroom two bathroom beach house located in Kianga. A fourth bedroom downstairs with toilet is a "hideaway" for a teenager, or perhaps parents that want some separation from the mob! Access from the backyard straight to the beach! Bring the surfboards, boat and even the dog!

- Pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard. Pets strictly outside only.
- Air conditioning in the living area.
- Enjoy a BBQ on the new deck overlooking the ocean. Large Eski on the deck.
- Laundry located in the garage. Extra freezer also in the garage.
- Large tv, board games and DVD's to entertaining when not at the beach.
- A Single bed is stored in the garage for use if necessary.
- Wi-Fi provided.
- Mountain Bike Friendly

Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.

Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.


Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties.

Sounds of the sea

We loved our stay at the Kianga beach house. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the back deck over looking the ocean horizon. The kitchen is wonderfully established along with the bedrooms and bathrooms. A very comfortable and homely house. Our fur baby loved it too. Will go back again for sure.

Escape to coast for 3 adults and our dog

Stylishly renovated cottage with 3 queen beds and 2 bath upstairs and Q+single and half bath downstairs. Secure yard right opposite dog friendly beach. Great BBQ, newish appliances and everything you need incl some coffee/tea supplies and salt and pepper. We had a fantastic time with breakfasts on deck. Big TV to watch the cricket. Bring your bikes, direct access to great walking and biking tracks and of course beaches. There is an outdoor shower. A couple of comfy chairs would be great, our "aged" bones struggled on the low lounge. 5 stars from us. We will be back.

Relaxing getaway!

Lovely home with everything you need. Close to dog friendly beach. Cafe next door. Had a wonderful view of the ocean and could hear the waves crashing. Perfect location.

Kianga Parade

House was lovely. Uninterrupted ocean view. Nice having a quiet drink on the back deck. Clean with everything one requires. Highly recommend.

Kianga Getaway.

The house was fantastic, very clean, fantastic living space, good sized bedrooms, and 2 good sized bathrooms. The backyard was great for the dog, and the location was superb. We hope to get back one day!!

Neat and tidy property with great deck and marvellous ocean views and access to dog friendly beach. Added bonus of Anton's cafe right out the back gate! Well stocked house with all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay.

Close to the walk that takes you along the coast or into town. Bring your bike. Beds comfortable & the deck has a lovely view of the ocean opposite a dog friendly beach. There were a few things that could use some maintenance such as some windows couldn’t be open & window locks were a bit tricky. Overall a great place to stay.

Lovely Family Home by The Beach, Best Getaway

We were really impressed with our stay here in Kianga. The facilities were such that we could basically bring our entire tribe (3 kids + 2 dogs) with us and just unpack and start living. Even a little garage where we could put our bikes out of any weather. Proximity to the beach is amazing, and a cute little cafe literally at the back. Short drive, or bike-ride to Narooma (which we did both). Literally the only thing I could pick was the Covid rules mean no cushions on the sofas, and that mean they were really uncomfortable. Had to use our pillows - I know right, first world problems. I really enjoyed getting up at 6 with my dogs, them playing in the backyard while I worked on the deck on my laptop watching the sunrise before the family got up. Then having a space for the kids to play games, blow bubbles and just be kids for a little bit. Have booked again and will definitely be back.

The café infront is delicious - highly recommend it. The house is designed well however there were a few little things we found with the property; the sliding back door needs maintenance on it as it constantly fell off the rails & is very stiff, upon arrival the bins were full, and other than the master bedroom there is no ceiling fans or cooling for the other the bedrooms they got very hot, which made sleeping abit uncomfortable.

Beautiful views

This is one of the best coast houses we have stayed in. Very clean, well equipped, excellent location and the view is perfect. The secure yard for the dogs was great. We will be back!

Location location!

Beautiful done property with great fenced yard. Views are amazing. Sit on the deck and watch the whales frolick in the distance. Right opposite the beach and behind a great cafe too.

Lovely house in a lovely location

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 dogs. The property is fully fenced which is always a relief as a dog owner. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. So close to the beach. Jason

Perfect view, great location and well equipped

We stayed for June long weekend. The house was very well equipped and had wonderful views of the beach and great proximity to Antons, the beach, and the cycleway. Importantly for winter the house is heated. We saw a pod of dolphins go by from the lounge room! Thanks for as great stay.
