As you enter Beachscape you'll be captivated by the magnificent panoramic ocean view.

This 3 bedroom house is perfect for a beach holiday or coastal getaway, for families or couples, and the pricing structure supports these options. It is situated in the second block back from the beach to capture the expansive view , so only a short few minutes walk to the sand and surf. As well as the pristine 7 km Dalmeny beach, there is also the lagoon which is perfect for young children, and the adjoining Mummaga lake which is ideal for kayaking, Stand Up Paddling and fishing.
The house is spotlessly clean and has been thoughtfully appointed and furnished for holidays, with the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen all taking advantage of the ocean vista.
This house is all about relaxation. Recline in the lounge and chairs on the upper level or on the verandah, and watch the sunrise over the ocean and set over the lake and mountain range. See the whales breaching out of the water during the southern migration, and get a closer look with the house binoculars. There is a wall mounted smart TV and high speed internet so you can catch up with viewing on demand. The comfortable master, second bedroom and main bathroom are also on the upper level.

The lower level has Bedroom 3 - a twin room, the combined laundry and second bathroom, and a generous living /rumpus space with TV and games cupboard.

There is a modern gas barbecue and outdoor dining furniture on the back lawn. The back lawn is flat, with ocean view to the south and is perfect for grass games like finska and badminton. Small bush wallabies are regular visitors to the garden.

There are many fresh seafood sellers around Narooma, particularly at the Bridge and around in Fosters Bay. The local shops are a few minutes walk and features a well stocked IGA supermarket open 7 days, an excellent fish and chip shop, cafe, yoga studio and surf shop

If you have bikes you can cycle the 9 km beach path all the way in to Narooma, passing surf beaches and taking you along the famous Mill Bay Boardwalk where you can see seals and Manta Rays

Important Additional Information:
* GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN LINEN (SHEETS X 2 PER BED, PILLOW CASES, BEACH AND BATH TOWELS). If this is inconvenient linen packs can be pre booked, pending availability, with a minimum 1 weeks notice at an additional cost of $50 per double/queen for 2 people, or $30 per single bundle.
Doonas with fresh covers, pillows and mattress protectors are provided as standard, along with bathmats, hand towels and a tea towel. There are electric blankets and extra blankets for the cooler months.

The kitchen is equipped with a new European built-in oven and induction cook top. There is a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
The modern gas barbecue, Everdure by Heston Blumenthal, has a lid and temperature gauge for roasting or baking.

Wifi: fast speed wireless internet is included. Perfect if you need to "work from home" or watching your streaming services.

Please care for the house and furnishings as you would your own. Eg please refrain from sitting on the indoor furniture in wet swimwear. This is all our personal property which we are happy to share, so your respect is much appreciated. The house is to be left clean and tidy as it was found.

This is a strictly pet free and smoke free property.

Parties are not allowed and all furniture is to remain in the allocated position that it was found in on arrival. The maximum guest number of 6 must not be exceeded.
Please supervise children at all times- especially on the verandah.
