Albert Town Oasis is a 4 bedroom holiday home, including WIFI, located in Albert town. Positioned just outside Wanaka in a quiet cul de sac, this newly built holiday home is ideal for your next Southern Lakes getaway.

Boasting 4 spacious and fully carpeted bedrooms, this new house will ensure your group stays cosy all year round. In addition the master bedroom has a walk-in-wardrobe for those longer stays, and the sofa bed has a separate queen mattress for ultimate comfort. The open plan living area includes a modern and stylish interior, and the breakfast bar looking out to the surrounding mountain views is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Not to mention that there's room for backyard cricket!

Guests will have access to a communal recreational area which includes a heated swimming pool (December to March), spa pool, kids pool, gas BBQs, fully equipped gym, family room and party rooms and only 200m away, you'll find tennis courts and kids play grounds.

When it gets cold, snuggle up by the fireplace and create some family fun with the board games provided. Heat pump is also available. In the warmer months, step out onto the deck and fire up the BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining on the sundeck, or simply chill on the outdoor bean bags in the generous backyard.

With Treble Cone just 30 minutes drive away head out for a day at the snow, or go explore everything Wanaka has to offer (just 10 minutes away). All within easy reach are the mountain trails, Puzzling World, museums and 'That Wanaka Tree'. The Clutha River is also just a 15 minute walk away and is great for some scenic kayaking.

Worker accommodation

We pride ourselves in finding good accommodation for our workers. This property was an excellent choice. Billed as 4 bedrooms, there are only 3 true bedrooms. The manager was quite happy for us to move one bed into the media room to give our workers privacy. Overall an excellent property and highly recommended. Check for add on's cleaning and linen, advised prior to stay but not very clear on inital booking

DIRTY, warm house

We were given the wrong code for lockbox so took over an hour to get in, oven, dishwasher, bathrooms, windows very dirty, hair in bathroom drawers and both shower plugs, fluff from dryer ALL over the garage, empty body wash & hand soap bottles left in shower/on bench. No WIFI for entire week & it's rugby world cup! Empty kitchen soap and no cloths/scrubbers, Managers got cleaners in on the second day, couldn't get WIFI whole stay even after this had been offered. lots of cupboards and drawers stuffed with owners things however had enough space to unpack when we needed to - Dryer would only dry 3 towels or 8 items of clothing at a time or would not work. House was modern, warm, comfortable for 2 families. Linen was clean and beds comfortable. We got on with our holiday and had a good time.

Perfect for the whole family

Our Property Manager, Angela made the process so simple. She met us at the property to show us around the house and was very helpful & friendly. The house has everything you need for a family with kids plus more. From board games to outdoor games & even Netflix. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space, we had 5 adults & 2 kids & didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal & the dishwasher made life much easier. The fireplace kept us cozy at night but the cupboards had plenty of spare blankets for those really cold nights. Within walking distance to a cafe, park for the kiddies & local pub. Or it’s just a short 5 min drive to Wanaka. We loved it. We will definitely be back!
