Relax at Pauanui in a 3 bedroom Pauanui holiday home. Newly renovated interior since December 2021, this laid-back holiday home enjoys sunny outdoor living with a casual set up just a moment's stroll to the beach!

This Pauanui holiday home includes a comfortable open plan living that leads onto the front deck... Set yourself up in the sun with the BBQ on hand, plus the rear deck offers extra space to soak up the sun!

In winter, curl up in front of the TV after a walk along the beach.

Each of the bedrooms at this Pauanui accommodation is situated off the central hallway. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed, and Bedroom's 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds.

When you are not unwinding on the deck, head to the beach just a 1-minute stroll from your door...

The location of the property was fabulous.

The location of the property was fabulous. It has everything you need. However it was old and dusty. Bedding and furniture very old and dusty. Carpet also dusty. Not great for families with dust allergies. The lockwood home was extremely noisy at night which is something I could not get use to. Otherwise the place is great and great location.

Bach clean, comfortable , good beds . Well appointed. A two and a half year old and baby in our group - 3 minute walk to the ocean beach . My third stay at this property and would use again
