Wonderful view from the screened lanai and the living room. Clean and well-equipped condo. This is our second time staying in this condo, hope to stay again in the future. Wonderful host/owner who was very responsive and communicated well.

Overall the visit and condo were great. However the condo could use a bit of updating. Also be aware that if you go to the pool you must have a key to get in and get out.

Great location but noisy...

Great beach... unfortunately the unit right above is undergoing a complete remodel so not the quiet restful vacation we planned. They didn’t work wknds. Not the owner’s fault but red tide exceptionally bad this year on this beach. King bed comfy but mattresses in 2nd bedroom need replacement. Clean and good price.

The homeowner wanted to sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the noise upstairs, they were not notified that this would be taking place during your stay. They have addressed these concerns with the neighbors and were informed that the renovations will be completed by December 24th. While the owner wishes they could control external factors such as the red tide, they are simply unable to do so. Additionally, mattress comfort is extremely personal and subjective, but we're sorry that they were not to your liking. The owner let us know that they are new mattresses that have been replaced within the last 6 months. We wish you all the best in your future travels! Best, the Evolve Team

Lovely Condo

Great location and roomy condo for the two of us. Didn't use the guest bedroom. Linens, towels, beach chairs provided along with items to get you started including dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper. A couple of minor issues were taken care of immediately by owners *(replaced broken light fixture and repaired towel bar). Lanai was spacious with hurricane doors on one side and sliders on the other so you could let the beach air into the whole condo, sit outside on the screened lanai with sliders closed, or open only sliders to have the lanai air conditioned. Overall lovely stay. We hope to be back in the future.

Beauty and the Beach

It was so awesome sitting on the lanai every morning and seeing the beauty of the Gulf and the beautiful sand beach. Love walking on the beach, collecting shells and taking in the sunshine then relaxing in the pool at the end of the day. Restaurants we went to served delicious food. Love Lock 'n Key!! Accommodations were excellent with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Second time in the same condo and will be back again.

Wonderful on the beach location

The location and feeling of being on the beach even though you are sitting in the comfort of the lanai is outstanding. The condo was comfortable and inviting. The few issues encountered was condo not cleaned from previous guest upon our arrival the owner responded quickly and did promptly have it cleaned, however they missed cleaning the kitchen. It took me over 3 hours to clean it enough for us to feel comfortable to use the kitchen which was necessary due to the pandemic. The kitchen had plastic bags stuffed everywhere. Closets over stuffed with blankets and pillows enough for an army. This made it difficult for use of the 2nd bedroom closet. Electronic door lock failed without our noticing leaving the condo unlocked for several days while we were out. Thankfully no one came in. Even with these few issues I would stay there again if possible.

We enjoyed this area because the gulf was right outside our balcony and there were many good restaurants close by. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The condo is clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great Vacation

Nice property. Had everything we needed. As close to the ocean as you can be. The beach is very quiet and nice. The pool is very large and deep and the hot tub is nice. Lots of toys provided to take out to the beach. The beds were fine in the guest room but the King mattress was very uncomfortable for my husband and I. Also, the dishwasher was full of dishes and the dryer was full of sheets when we arrived, which was not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Very peaceful area to vacation. Would have given 5 stars if the king mattress had been comfortable to sleep on.

Few problems but property manager did respond wuickly.

Few problems first day. When we arrived the bed frame was broken, closet was so full of linen that you could not hang your clothes. Called property manager & bed was replaced next day & cleaners arrived later to remove old linens from closet. The roof was being replaced & we were not informed before arriving. Very noisy & hard to navigate around roofing material on ground. However, condo was nice & pool was best in Englewood. The grounds were quite lovely. Manager was quite accommodating.

This place was heaven if you love the beach! You can hear waves as you sleep with doors closed. Place has all amenities. Just NEEDS A COOLER to use!! Beds are comfy. The set up of the place is nice. Combo lock is great so you dont have to worry about losing the keys. Games, puzzles, crosswords, easy place to get around. We would definitely come back . Beach towels, pails for kids, goggles . They thought of it all. Easy booking. A great vacation! Thank you

Sunset Paradise!

With a stay of two weeks we covered the area and fell in love with this place. This cozy unit has everything you need for a great getaway. Oceanfront with sunset paradise on the lanai. You don't have to leave the unit to see it. Your looking at it right on the lanai. The pool was very clean and quiet for an evening swim. The walks on the beach everyday were amazing. Superb vacation destination

The condo has outstanding beach and gulf views. It is beautifully decorated and maintained with a well-appointed kitchen with every gadget I could imagine. It truly has all the comforts of home. Owners are friendly and aim to please. I plan on returning again and again.

Great place to unwind

This was our 3rd stay at this beautifull condo and we could not be happier. A super beach for walking and sheling, The pool and spa are excellent. The people in the complex are very friendly. Golf near by, Tennis and many things to do in the club house. Four restaurents with in walking distance.A quied area that you can relax in. We are looking forward to coming back in 2012.
