Come get some rest and relaxation in this 2 bed/1.5 bath Coconut Palms beach cottage with a brand new kitchen containing Quartz countertops, brand new self closing cabinets, and all brand new flooring. Both bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom and laundry. Sofa bed has a very comfortable memory foam.
This unit has a private fenced back yard to enjoy the tropical weather and grill out. Contains a full kitchen with all kitchen utensils. Pet fee applies and pets must be approved. Pet fee is $250 per pet for over a week and $150 for a week. All while being just a short 5 minute walk from the quiet, less crowded non drive section of New Smyrna Beach. Bring your bikes and explore this quaint little beach town. The townhome is only 3 miles south of the famous Flagler Ave and 4.4 Miles from Charming Canal Street. New Smyrna Beach is just an hour’s drive from Orlando, New Smyrna Beach offers a lovely drive-on Atlantic coast beach – much like that of Daytona Beach, but quieter and with a feeling of an historic hometown. New Smyrna Beach has loads of little shops and cafes, and a thriving arts community, and its beaches are wide and flat with golden-hued sands. Its Apollo Beach is part of the extensive Canaveral National Seashore that continues to the south, all-natural and minimally developed. Also, don’t miss the historic New Smyrna Beach Sugar Mill Ruins. Oh, did we mention that New Smyrna Beach has been named to National Geographic’s list of the World's 20 Best Surf Towns? Very pleasant place to stay and close to the beach!

Very pleasant place to stay with the beach just a short walk away. 1/2 mile to the 27th st. beach entrance. Pro tip, walk south where cars aren't allowed on the beach for a more tranquil ocean experience.

Nice downstairs furniture. Unit was clean. The Living room TV was very small to be the only TV in the condo. Not enough dishes in the kitchen. The Kitchen window needs a blind, people can see right in when the lights are on. The sheets were very worn and all the towels were stained. Only bedroom furniture in the 2nd bedroom was a bed, no tables, lamps, dresser, etc. Master was OK. Between 2 bedrooms there were 6 clothes hangers in the closets. The outside Patio was so Moldy I would not let my Dog lay there. Not much grass in back yard, was Muddy when wet. When Dryer was used the hot air blew into bathroom making everything wet. Not well vented.

Location of property is excellent, as it relates to proximity to beach. Saxon Drive is well traveled but a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s central to most areas in NSB. The communication was fair. Tried using a credit card type that wasn’t accepted (AMEX), despite being used to hold the reservation, I was not able to be used to actually pay for the reservation itself. This was a bit confusing. As for the condominium itself, the furniture is cheap but expected. What was unacceptable was the actual cleanliness of the space and condition of the facility. There was mold and mildew built up on shower curtain and base of the shower (corners), there were random spills in the kitchen (Ceiling and cabinet door and pantry door), the oven has rust on the front of the door, the freezer did not produce ice nor keep anything frozen. Please also note that when you utilize the dryer, you need to keep bathroom door shut with the fan and light on; otherwise, the upstairs becomes hot and humid, and the dryer exhaust is not vented to the outside. The baseboard in the guest room was coming off the wall and there was considerable dust built up on both baseboards, floor tracks for closet doors and around dryer/washer. The backyard while private, was overgrown and not maintained. The privacy fence, with two doors exiting to neighbors on either side had broken latches, so when there was any wind whatsoever, the doors would swing open. Overall, for the price, you can find better maintained.

Cottage was very hot. Condesation drain clogged.

The stay wasn't terrible. Some of bedding needs replacing. Dryer needed vented thru the roof. No grill as stated when booked. No local channels as tv wasn't working properly. Another guest showed up and tried to gain access stating she was booked to move in before our stay had ended. Disappointing.

Great Visit!

Excellent place to stay with our kids and dog. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of walking paths to walk our dog. Quiet, friendly atmosphere. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. The property managers that run it were easy to work with and handle any questions we had with professionalism and ease. We def plan to stay here again!

The townhome was in a nice complex with friendly neighbors & close to beach access.

Overall, the property was comfortable (especially the beds!) but I feel that it was overpriced for what it was. The most disappointing thing was the cleanliness...it was filthy! I definitely left it cleaner than what I found on arrival...the owner should pay to have it cleaned professionally!!!! There also could have been some extra dishes & cooking utensils...just a thought...hope this is all taken as constructive criticism.

I recently stayed in Coconut palms for nearly 2 weeks....not only did I get to take fur baby ...the back yard was fenced....the people there were very friendly...the home was very clean and great location.....close to everything.....I grew up close to NSB and absolutely love the area....could walk to beach.....see you very soon...thank you for sharing your home
