Hurricane Ian caused no damage to this unit. This is a beautiful, ground floor condo in a great location with everything that you would expect and more. A 2015 remodel included, new granite counter tops, cabinets, flooring, windows and blinds were installed. In 2022 both bathrooms were remodeled to include tiled showers, new counter tops and hardware. The unit comes with Internet and WiFi. There is a shaded patio to enjoy those warm evenings.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, the master has the second TV. There is a centrally located kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a small breakfast table for two. This condo includes plenty of seating with a living room and family room.
Located in the Park Shore community west of 41(Tamiami Trail), and a short distance to the Gulf Of Mexico. There are multiple area beaches. This unit includes an access pass to Park Shore Beach, a semi-private beach about 1.1 miles from the door, which has gated entrance, paved parking, rinse showers and bathroom. It is also a very short walk from the condo to several stores, shops, and restaurants. REQUIRES APPLICATION APPROVAL BY CONDO BOARD, SLIGHT DELAYS TO BOOKING MAY BE ENCOUNTERED.
