This is a two bedroom condo with bedrooms on both sides of the common area. In the main living area the large windows look out on the beautiful IMG Golf Course’s 9th hole. The master bedroom, has a king sized bed, access to the lanai and a full un suite. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and also access to the lanai. There is a second bath with a large shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans also a pantry for plenty of storage. The condo has a community pool, new laundry facilities are a convenient 20 steps down the hall. The condo has 43” TV in main room, Internet is included, sleeper couch in the living room is an added sleeping space bonus. The bedroom’s have laminate wood flooring (no carpet!) HVAC updated ‘20, water heater ‘23.
This is a gorgeous area to walk or ride bicycles. The condo is located 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island, 10 minutes to SRQ Airport, There are many sights and things to do any direction: unique restaurants, Ringling Brothers Museum, Selby Gardens, Top Golf, interesting shopping, many water activities, golfing, tennis, state parks…. and of course our wonderful nightly sunsets.
This is a gorgeous area to walk or ride bicycles. We are native Minnesotians. We bought the condo in 2012 as a get-a-way from the cold. Everytime we returned to Minnesota we longed to be in Florida permanently. So after Georganne retired, we sold our house and all of our furniture. Everything we could fit in the back of our pick-up truck, is all we brought to Florida.We lived in the condo, until our house, in Legends Bay was finished. We love being Floridians!

I love that we are on first floor. It’s like living in a house rather than a condo. The neighborhood is very safe, it’s conducive to walking and biking.
What makes this property unique
The view of the golf course is stunning. Like a picture postcard, and very entertaining!
It’s close to Anna Maria Island and everything that that has to offer: the beaches, restaurants, shopping…. The condo is in a great location, it’s close to many sites to visit: parks, museums, marinas. Grocery shopping is close by also downtown Bradenton and downtown Sarasota. SRQ airport is a short 15 minute drive.
