Unique Oceanfront One Bedroom Upgraded Deluxe w/ Washer and Dryer

OUR CONDO IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL ONE BEDROOM AT SEAWATCH (see pics). This one bedroom include a huge kitchen and a washer and dryer. Also, the bedroom is upfront and right on the beach. You will hear the ocean waves at night and see the sunrise in the morning.

Additional charges for more than 3 persons ( most weeks)

Sea Watch New Policy: Motorcycles or Trailers are NOT allowed May through September

Our Ocean Front Condo at Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC is available to rent. It is an Upgraded Oceanfront One Bedroom Deluxe which features a washer/Dryer. Upgraded is the Kitchen, Bathroom, and a new installed tile floor.

This One Bedroom Deluxe Condo offers a Master bedroom off the balcony, Large Kitchen with New Cherry Cabinets and Granite Counter-top. In addition, for your convenience a washer and dryer is in unit.

The MASTER BEDROOM boasts a large king-sized bed with a flat screen TV with oceanfront balcony.

KITCHEN: The large fully equipped kitchen (pots/pans, silverware, utensils, plates/bowls & cups, etc.) includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a blender for your frozen tropical drinks!

The Sea Watch property has 8 Electric Charging Stations.

Float in the lazy rivers, enjoy a swim in one of the seven large outdoor pools, relax in one of the eight heated hot tubs or just lounge pool side with the Tiki-Bar waiting to serve your favorite cold beverage.

The North Tower has a on-site restaurant (Captain’s Cove), an ice cream shop (Captain’s Nook), a pizzeria (Seaside Pizzeria), and poolside Tiki Bar.

You can shop to your heart's content at the Tanger Outlet Mall within a mile; visit Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing or Market Commons or simply stay at the Resort with its many amenities and daily activities.

Having worked up an appetite you can head to the Captain Cove's on-site restaurant for a delicious meal while taking in the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. Also, you can visit the many nearby restaurants along Restaurant Row within just a few minutes’ drive.

Even when the sun goes down, the night life heats up at the beach. Visit popular Celebrity Square at Broadway at the Beach with such clubs as Crocodile Rocks Piano Bar, Revolutions, Malibu's Surf Bar, Senior Frogs, Fat Tuesday's and more. You can also visit Club Kryptonite, House of Blues, or 2001 Club a dance club with three dance floors and a live band just five miles away from the resort.

NO smoking in unit or balcony, NO Pets, NO renter under the age of 25.

Trailers and Motorcycles will not be permitted on resort property between May 1st and August 31st.

We have friends (Ken and Becky) at Seawatch who have two gorgeous 3 BR/2BA units.

The first (VRBO # 3704899ha) is a gorgeous 3 BR/2BA end unit and one of the most sought after units at Seawatch because it is closest to the beach and overlooks the large pool. There are ocean views from just about everywhere. The unit has 2 balconies, a fully stocked kitchen, W/D and sleeps ten. See the listing for photos and reviews. The unit books a year in advance.

The second (VRBO # 213981ha) is a spacious 3BR/2BA Penthouse Unit with 2 balconies, one of which is oversized which lets us place a full size picnic table, many chairs, and a chaise lounge on the balcony. Cancellation Policy: If less than 30 days, we will provide a 100% refund if the unit is re-rented for the same time period. Lost rent is shared 50/50
The total travelers allowed to book is 4 with a maximum of 3 adults. The maximum rental period is 30 days. You will be responsible for any damage.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, and both the bed and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. The ocean view and large balcony were absolutely stunning — we loved being able to enjoy the view from both the living room and bedroom.The resort’s location was perfect — close to shopping and restaurants, yet in a peaceful area of the beach. The amenities were excellent as well.We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at Seawatch immensely. The area was conveniently located to everything we needed. The 7th floor was perfect. Pool areas were great! Tiki bar was convenient & fun. Can’t recommend it enough. We will be back!

100/10! Excellent communication from host leading up to and throughout the stay. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed (plus more). Fully stocked kitchen, puzzles, books, a fan (my favorite since I forgot to bring one), beach chairs, a bottle of wine and the most AMAZING view from the huge balcony. I can’t say enough good things about this condo! Will definitely be back.

Great Condo

My husband and I went for a short 4 day stay. The condo was perfect for us. So clean, many amenities ( beach chairs & beach towels so convenient) and nicely furnished. We had a relaxing time and would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach it was spotless. It had a patio door at the bedroom and at the living room The washer dryer was a great asset we didn't have to take as many clothes. The host were terrific they were very friendly and knowledgeable. The garage had very tall ceilings My large truck with roof racks easily had plenty of clearance. The Sea watch resort was also very clean and up-to-date with all maintenance a lot of condo units at Myrtle Beach neglect their maintenance such as painting The doors and walls the lobby was very nice and clean the pool areas we're also clean and well kept. I can't say enough Good things about the condo and the resort I truly was impressed. This definitely will be my go-to place when I visit Myrtle Beach. The resort was close to a lot of restaurants

Myrtle Beach Vacation

This was our second time vacationing at Sea Watch resort, and this property was great. The views were fantastic, everything was clean, the owners are nice and responsive, and having a washer/dryer is a definite bonus. So, if you are looking for a place like this near North Myrtle Beach at a great, fun resort, I would recommend this place based on our stay.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was VERY clean, the bed was comfortable and access the beach and other amenities was beyond convenient. Our 4 year old son loved the pools! We enjoyed the large balcony with gorgeous views and even had a few dinners on this spacious area. I would highly recommend this property. Dave and Lila were so kind and helpful they greeted us when we arrived with helpful tips and advice on the area.

Great Vacation

This condo was ocean front and was super clean. The owners take great care of this unit. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen well appointed, living room couch and chairs were comfortable. The condo location was a plus on the 7th floor of Seawatch resort. I would strongly recommend this one bedroom unit.

Awesome stay!

My husband and I are both educators, so the last day of school = a beach getaway! David & Lila were amazing hosts and their place was PERFECT for our time to relax and enjoy their beautiful condo, the beach, pools and other offerings of the area. Best part - the large balcony off the unit that overlooks the ocean. It was a great place for morning coffee, people watching, evening cocktails and just staring at the ocean. We highly recommend and plan to return for a stay next summer, if David & Lila will have us!

Vacation for first time in 5 years

I have been very ill theses last 4 years and I needed to get away!!! Once we got to the Condo and opened the door to hear the Ocean it was like Heaven!!! Just loved hearing it and settling on the balcony! We had a very nice time!!!

Great time

The condo was as described. Well appointed. Great view of the beach front. Weather was perfect. The owners were available if needed-but that wasn't the case at all. The condo had everything we could need. We always prefer the north tower as that is where the tiki bar/dj/entertainment takes place for the most part. Owners were great to deal with in regards to questions and prompt response to any questions either via email or text. Thanks Dave and Lila for making our vacation memorable.

This condo has a 21 foot Ocean Front Balcony right off the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Now is upgraded and has all the amenities you will need for your vacation.

What makes this property unique

This upgraded Deluxe North Tower Condo is the only One Bedroom that offers a washer and dryer. And your bedroom is right off the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean.
