Large & Beautiful 4 Bdrm Home with Heated Pool & Screened Lanai near Fort Myers

Beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath family home located in Lehigh Acres, FL that sleeps 8 very comfortably.
MINIMUM RENTAL OF 30 DAYS DURING WINTER MONTHS OF JAN, FEB & MARCH.
14 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL REMAINDER OF YEAR. THIS RENTAL IS DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES ONLY. NO CONSTRUCTION WORKERS.
Fully screened heated pool & lanai area with all the patio furniture. A king size bed in the master bedroom suite with its own private bath with a large tub, 2 sinks, a shower & private toilet room. The 3 remainder bedrooms have queen beds with baths right outside each bedroom door. Close to local shopping, but in a very quiet area. The home was built in 2006. Updated appliances including an ice & water dispenser in the refrigerator door. Comes complete with linens, dishes, pans, etc.
We have an antenna for local channels (over 40 channels) plus Hulu, Neflix & Peacock.
Just bring your toothbrush. This is a very beautiful home!
Nearest GOLF COURSE is 5 miles away. FORT MYERS BEACH is 28 miles away.
THIS HOME HAS AN ALARM SYSTEM SET UP. MUST NOTIFY OWNER PRIOR TO ENTRY.
UPDATE: Our home is cleaned & disinfected between each guest stay for your health & safety.

Location

Great location for us. We were 40 min from beach. 1 hour from Lake Okeechobee. And 20 min from airport. Pool was heated and great. Spacious place. 3 baths was nice with our group size. Owner was wonderful. And the kids loved the ping pong table and bonus room.

Fabulous winter home

We had such a great time this year we already booked it for next winter. Great outside area. Large 4 bedroom home spacious for us and all our guests. Plus loved being only 25 minutes to the airport.
