Security Camera Disclosure~ A single Ring camera pointed directly at the motor, heat pump for the pool and HVAC. The camera is pointed west down the small alley between the two homes, away from any guests space. It's motion activated & only includes a zone that covers the equipment so we can ensure the pool equipment and HVAC are being taking care of correctly. Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will never intrude or violate that trust.

The house we rented was great. Four bedrooms and a really relaxing back area to sit by the pool, lake, and water fountain. The shared pool, hot tub, tiki bar, courts, fitness, trails, and other amenities are a nice touch. It’s not a big place, so it stays quiet and peaceful, but still has everything you need. There are people around, but it never feels busy.

Kristine was phenomenal! She helped organize a little surprise for my new wife, which she absolutely loved! The house was amazing and within good proximity to shopping with plenty of restaurants. Our commute to the Disney and Universal Parks were very easy each day. It was a little cool for us to enjoy the pool and hot tub during our stay but the view of the pond outside was beautiful. The home is located within a gated community with 24/7 gate attendant which gave us a great sense of security during our stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay in this home again!

My family has been staying at different homes at the Terra Verde resort for the last few years and Kristine’s home is by far the best. It is in the perfect location with a great view of the pond. The proximity to the main pool/tiki bar is another huge advantage. The home is well stocked with everything you need. I could not recommend it enough.

Amazing home for our family

The home was very clean and beautiful with so many things to do. The pool and views made it very easy to spend much of the day outside relaxing. The wildlife/ducks were a pleasant surprise and were very fun to watch. The location is great, made it quick and easy getting to the Disney and Universal theme parks. Why they chose this property

It took two years of planning and searching from the panhandle to the keys to find the perfect home away from home for us! Luckily we landed in Kissimmee, minutes to the most family oriented vacation spots in the world, theme parks, beaches and more! Being a "vacationer" on VRBO for many years, we knew exactly what we wanted and needed in a resort community: Great staff, great grounds, great amenities, great location, a tiki bar :)... Right on time, the perfect home on Madiera Beach Blvd, in the perfect location, steps from the clubhouse and perfect view, was found!

What makes this property unique

The moment we found the home we knew it was meant to be. It has everything you can think of: The beautiful views of the lake and clubhouse, the private pool and hot tub - the fountains :), the awesome location being second to the clubhouse, the popular tiki bar for food and beverages, concierge, all the activities. The space is great, perfect for a large family or two! 4 bedrooms, a "ranch" plan with no stairs... it really is everything we've ever wanted! So while we'll enjoy it as much as we can, please enjoy it as much as you can!
