Perfect game days stay

Property did not disappoint! Clean and easy to access. Quiet neighborhood. It was within walking distance to arrowhead. Would def stay here again and recommend.

Great experience

This property was clean and in a good location, close to thing we wanted to do. When first looking at the property it stated there was a pullout couch, so a little disappointed that there wasn’t but no harm. Overall it was a great experience!

Independence Villa

It a nice comfy place to stay. The area is quiet. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Host responded to questions quickly.

This property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood which has quick access to all the great things in KC. 20 min from the airport, very short distance to the Sports Stadiums, and just a short drive from all types of food and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

This property has a very cozy feel with great amenities, inside and out.
High speed Wifi, Netflix, Comfy furniture, and anything you need to cook/ entertain.
The outside has a deck with fenced in back yard, and outside furniture with fire pit.
