We booked a 6 day stay the home was as advertised the rooms was big and a beds were comfortable . Everything work the home owner was easy to contact an responded quickly. The pool was nice a the community center a there was a fitness room a game room. We will return there again in the near Future

The hardest part was having to go out every day and take our children to a pool somewhere else because ours was unusable; I spent a very, very unpleasant week.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed by the resort for necessary repairs during your stay, which was entirely outside our control. For guest safety, a facility requiring repair simply cannot remain open for use. Our team addressed the reported concerns during the stay, and we regret the inconvenience this caused your family.

The house was great. Communication with the host was good also. But not having use of the pool and other amenities was terrible. From 6/22-6/26 we had no use of anything.
