Perfect get away
Overall this rental was in the top three we’ve ever stayed in. A minor issue with it looking like it hasn’t been dusted in weeks, but it smelled clean, the bedding and towels were clean (a few in the kitchen smelled off, but that’s likely from being put away wet). The jacuzzi was a dream! The location was perfect for easy access to hiking and we had everything we needed to make our own meals. We had plenty of space to spread out on the rainy day and the road felt safe enough that I was able to walk it to stretch my legs. Highly recommend this place and would love to be able to stay again if we go back to the area!

Stearns Ky
The home is very nice and just as stated by the owner. I enjoyed the horses and gave them a treat each day. The yard is large and well maintained. The house is located on a hill which makes it a little difficult to walk your dog. They do offer a place to walk a very short drive away. Stearns, Ky is a very depressed place with a lot of poverty. It is always sad to see. Inspite of the poverty, the people in the area are very friendly and helpful. There are many trails to hike and a few sights to see. I really enjoyed the local museum.

Loved the mountain location
The location was beautiful and immersed in the woods like we wanted. Our family spent a lovely long weekend enjoying hiking, nature and country walks. The cabin is beautiful & cozy, although perhaps maybe a little tight for 5 adults. Having said that we would still book again. Our new favorite spot!
