We enjoyed the whole week the location was perfect so close to the different Disney World parks and the house had everything we needed down to the smallest detail. Our stay at this property made our family vacation so much more enjoyable. I would recommend this place to everyone that plans a trip to Disney World and the price is so worth it.

It was an amazing stay, the property was wonderfully decorated.There were two bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms in each, both beds were really comfortable.There were also two separate bedrooms with two single beds in each, with a fun Disney and Island decor, A nice Walmart was just a few short blocks away, and proximity to the Disney Parks was also a huge plus.Though we didn't use them, there were foosball and pool tables in the garage, and a nice private pool outside but with the cold weather we didn't get a chance to enjoy it.Full size washer and dryers - which we have NEVER had when staying at properties in Kissimmee, so we were able to pack lighter and easily keep up on the laundry.Super friendly owners and property manager.I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future, definitely felt like I was at home.This one is a real gem! This was my first experience with Vrbo and although the house served its purpose it wasn’t without its faults. -The alarm system did not work which the renters knew and didn’t inform us. I had to contact them about it. -An air hockey table was advertised yet there was not one. - The water pressure in all sinks/showers were terrible. - The pool had a lot of bugs and debris in it. I have no problem cleaning it, but the net to do so had a big hole in it so it wasn’t picking up much. As I said, it served its purpose but was not 5/5.

The house was pretty clean. However the dishes were not we had to wash a lot of them before using them.pans could use an upgrade maybe some cookie sheets. Bathrooms and tubs could have used a little better cleaning.(leftover hair & mildew shower curtain bottoms) Top of fridge had layers of dust and vents needed cleaned as they had dust on them.Overall it was a good stay. The master bed was a little too soft and we had a hard time not feeling like we were going to roll off the bed. Pool toys set aside outside needed cleaned. There was a stroller and high chair in the garage where the game room was. (Some AC would have been beneficial although there was a box fan left) Also the lounger by the pool the blue color came off while we were laying in them. If you want the pool heated you have to pay for it otherwise it’s ice cold. The hose was originally left in the pool and we had to pull it out, which it had some grease or grim on it that was hard to get off my hands. Rules were posted every when which made it feel less comfortable and a little stressful. Also book of information was outdated and so was the license that was posted (might want to get that fixed) Neighborhood was quiet and in a good place by the other resorts it’s close to stores and shopping. The place felt like it was kinda forgotten and could use some upgrades. This would be good for a large family to stay at or a small sports team. It is about 30 minutes from Disney with traffic. Overall, a pretty decent stay.

Why they chose this property

Rolling Hills , is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
