Beautiful water's edge 2 bedroom vacation home

We invite you to enjoy our breathtaking views of the Trout River and have a relaxing, unique vacation at our fully equipped, two bedroom vacation home. We are located just 5 minutes away from Cavendish, which offers world class golf, amusement parks, great shopping and beautiful beaches. Also nearby are several Lucy Maud Montgomery and Anne of Green Gables attractions.

Our Water's Edge vacation home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, a master bedroom that features a king size bed with full bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed.
The second bathroom includes shower/bath combo and washer and dryer. Extra sleeping arrangements available.

The back deck overlooks Trout River providing beautiful views throughout the day. And the 1 acre yard gives you lots of room and privacy to bbq and enjoy the weather.

Located in central PEI, you are 35 minutes from Summerside and 35 minutes from Charlottetown.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

The property is immaculate, cozy, quiet and beautifully situated - we loved it. Has all the comforts of home and then some - Wendy and Trevor were both lovely to deal with and very helpful and friendly in pointing out local points of interest and restaurants. They went above and beyond to be gracious hosts. We went with our kids and grandkids and everyone had a great time.

Wonderful house and location

The house was charming and we enjoyed watching the wildlife at the pond! It was very convenient and not far from Cavendish area. The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts supplied many little extras to make our visit all that more enjoyable.

Beautiful house in PEI

The house was amazing, beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery etc. washer and dryer in the house meant we could bring less clothes. View of the river was great. Geese and blue heron. Very enjoyable vacation. Easy Drive to Cavendish, Kensington, Summerside. We would highly recommend this property and the owners. Barb and Henry.

Exactly as pictured!

Lovely home and property, beautifully decorated and IMMACULATE! The patio, the firepit near the water, and even the lanterns hung in the trees, certainly added to our enjoyment. The home was perfectly situated between Charlottetown and the National Park beaches. The owners were friendly and available without being intrusive, and they made sure the home was fully stocked with anything we might need during our stay. Magnifique maison en campagne au calme absolu. Propre et entièrement équipée. À 10 de Green Gable, 15 minutes de Kensington (resto et épicerie), 40 minutes de Charlottetown et entre 15 et 75 minutes de plusieurs magnifiques plages. Plusieurs attractions pour la famille à Cavendish (15 min) La maison est plus confortable pour 4 personnes que 6. Les invités supplémentaires doivent dormir dans le salon qui n’a pas de rideau. This property was top rate. Exactly as advertised and much much more. Many personal touches( welcome note, Cows chocolates, lovely soaps in all bathrooms to name a few). This was a true beautiful home away from home!!

This home was above and beyond our expectations. It was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful maintained private lot, with a river in the back yard that my son loved fishing in!! House had everything that we needed and the owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant! Location was close proximity to main locations we wanted to visit. We will definitely stay here again when we return wonderful PEI!
